Some weekends are made for slowing down. Ours wasn’t one of them.

The EdNeos team spent last weekend at Prow Conference Timișoara, surrounded by hundreds of brilliant minds who turn ideas into action.

The event brought together founders, professionals, and innovators from across Europe: 20 speakers, 2 stages, 700 participants, hands-on workshops, meaningful networking, an expo full of ideas, and - of course - a startup competition that kept the energy high all day long.

We pitched, we listened, we challenged ideas, and got challenged back - that’s how real progress happens.

Thanks to Andrei Cosmin Munteanu and the whole team for building an event that doesn’t just bring people together, but pushes an entire ecosystem forward.

What an incredible experience at How to Web 2025!
Part of the EdNeos team spent two full days packed with discussions, meetings, and networking.

We introduced EdNeos both on stage and at the expo, connected with founders who, just like us, burn with their ideas and build innovative projects, and had the chance to pitch in front of dozens of investors, funds, and VCs.

In between, we even managed to catch some inspiring talks from industry experts about the latest technologies shaping the future.

We came back with our batteries recharged, our agendas full, and our minds buzzing with new ideas. Now it’s time to get back to work and build!

A big thank you to all the organizers and sponsors of this event for creating such an outstanding experience and for supporting the growth of the Romanian startup ecosystem.

What happens when over 120 teachers from 27 schools come together for five days of open dialogue about the future of education?

You get something rare: hope that’s grounded in action.

At the Digital Civic Incubator Congress, part of the Școala Democratică initiative by Şcoala de Valori, we had the privilege to join a powerful gathering of teaching professionals who aren’t just teaching — they’re reimagining what school can be.
Among the participants was Veaceslav Caburgan, founder of EdNeos, who presented how our platform supports teachers through concrete case studies and real classroom examples. He showed how AI can help address some of the most pressing challenges in education — not by replacing the human touch, but by enhancing teachers’ clarity, efficiency, and understanding of their students’ progress.

Another memorable moment of the panel came from Tudor Damian, who has extensive experience in digital transformation and implementing innovative solutions within companies.

🧠 Tudor brought up the well-known concept of the Google effect – our growing tendency to rely heavily on search engines for quick access to information, which leads us to memorize less and depend more on instant data retrieval.

📲 In the current context of artificial intelligence (AI), this effect has intensified: we often feel like we know everything simply because answers are just a click away.

🎯 As Tudor emphasized, the real challenge is not just accessing information, but knowing how to use and apply it effectively.

He pointed out that most training platforms focus on memorization, while real learning happens when people understand and apply knowledge in meaningful ways.
