What happens when over 120 teachers from 27 schools come together for five days of open dialogue about the future of education?
You get something rare: hope that’s grounded in action.
At the Digital Civic Incubator Congress, part of the Școala Democratică initiative by Şcoala de Valori, we had the privilege to join a powerful gathering of teaching professionals who aren’t just teaching — they’re reimagining what school can be.
Among the participants was Veaceslav Caburgan, founder of EdNeos, who presented how our platform supports teachers through concrete case studies and real classroom examples. He showed how AI can help address some of the most pressing challenges in education — not by replacing the human touch, but by enhancing teachers’ clarity, efficiency, and understanding of their students’ progress.
At EdNeos, our mission is clear:
🔹To build tools that serve teachers, not systems.
🔹To use AI to help teachers identify learning gaps, track individual progress, and support students in achieving better outcomes in assessments.
🔹To make evaluation not just easier — but truly meaningful, for both teachers and learners.
What we saw at the congress confirmed what we’ve always believed: Romanian teachers are not only ready for change — they are driving it. They are open, thoughtful, and courageous in the face of complexity. And as long as dedicated teachers like these and initiatives like this exist, the future of education in hashtag isn’t just possible — it’s already in motion.
Thank you, Scoala de Valori, Asociatia Techsoup Romania , Incubatorul Civic Digital and Institutul Intercultural Timisoara for creating this space — and for inviting us to be part of it! We left inspired, grounded, and more committed than ever to building what teachers truly need.
