1,000 books. 1,000 stories. Infinite possibilities. 📖✨

At Randstad Digital Romania, we believe progress is about more than the technology we build. It’s also about the opportunities we help create for others.

That’s why our team has teamed up once again with the association Cărțile pe Față for an internal book drive, with a goal of collecting 1,000 books for children in rural communities.
Every book can open a door to a new idea, spark curiosity, and help a child discover a world beyond their own. And when we make books more accessible, we help create more opportunities for children to learn, imagine, and grow.

Because meaningful change often starts with something simple: sharing a story. 💛

Today, on World Teachers' Day, we’re celebrating the mentors across Randstad Digital Romania who generously share their time, experience and knowledge.

We’re proud to highlight the stories of four of them: Andreea, Steluta, Ioana and Cristina.

Andreea and Steluta offer daily guidance and support to new colleagues joining our Recruitment team, while Ioana and Cristina volunteer their time to empower young girls in tech through the Technovation Girls competition.
Their experiences show what mentorship is really about: building trust, encouraging growth and helping others discover their potential.

This week, Randstad Digital Romania hosted an Agentic Thinking Workshop at our Sibiu office, bringing together leadership and AI experts to explore new ways of combining human expertise with AI to navigate complexity, accelerate thinking and turn ideas into action.

With Claude by Anthropic supporting the session as a live facilitator, participants experienced how AI can help structure complex discussions, synthesize perspectives, capture decisions and develop actionable outputs in real time.

The experience highlighted the potential of human-AI collaboration to elevate the way teams think and work. AI brings speed, structure and new perspectives. People bring expertise, judgment and the decisions that shape what comes next.

A meaningful step in our journey to explore, experiment and build together the future of work.

💙 Small actions. Real impact. Together, we can make a difference.

Tomorrow, we mark International Day of Charity — a good moment to celebrate the people who choose to give their time, energy and support to causes that matter.

Over the past months, colleagues at Randstad Digital Romania have been getting involved in different ways: supporting children through education initiatives, helping women in vulnerable situations, running for social causes, and volunteering in the community. 🤝
And right now, we’re getting ready for another school year. 🎒📚
Our colleagues are collecting school supplies for children who need a little extra support, helping make sure they can start the new school year with the materials they need.

Because giving back doesn’t have to be complicated. Sometimes, it’s simply about noticing a need and asking: “How can I help?”
And when many people do that together, small actions can create a much bigger impact.
