💙 Small actions. Real impact. Together, we can make a difference.
Tomorrow, we mark International Day of Charity — a good moment to celebrate the people who choose to give their time, energy and support to causes that matter.
Over the past months, colleagues at Randstad Digital Romania have been getting involved in different ways: supporting children through education initiatives, helping women in vulnerable situations, running for social causes, and volunteering in the community. 🤝
And right now, we’re getting ready for another school year. 🎒📚
Our colleagues are collecting school supplies for children who need a little extra support, helping make sure they can start the new school year with the materials they need.
Because giving back doesn’t have to be complicated. Sometimes, it’s simply about noticing a need and asking: “How can I help?”
And when many people do that together, small actions can create a much bigger impact.
