Santa Claus, Moș Crăciun, or Secret Santa – no matter the name or the tradition, the joy of giving and receiving is universal! 🎅✨

This year, Moș Crăciun made a cheerful stop at our Sibiu office, bringing smiles and gifts for everyone, from the youngest visitors to the grown-ups. The children of our colleagues were thrilled to meet Santa and their excitement surely made their parents just as happy!

Adding to the festive spirit, some of our teams embraced the tradition of Secret Santa, exchanging gifts and spreading even more joy throughout the office. 🎁

The holiday magic is in the air, and we’re ready to celebrate the most wonderful time of the year! 🎄🌟

Last week at this time, we were preparing to welcome our little guests to an exciting event – Ziua Ștafetei! 🎉

Together with Fundația Comunitară Sibiu, we celebrated International Children's Rights Day by giving children a unique opportunity to explore the world of work. Hosted at our CWS GBS office in , the event was a great success, sparking curiosity and creativity among the children and our colleagues alike. 🌟

The young participants, guided by dedicated mentors, experienced what it’s like to work in IT and Finance. Through hands-on activities and simplified explanations, they learned about tasks such as managing data, understanding Finance and IT processes, and much more. It was heartwarming to see their enthusiasm and curiosity in action!

Thank you to everyone who made Ziua Ștafetei a memorable experience. We are incredibly proud of our colleagues who stepped into the mentor role, sharing their knowledge in such a meaningful and engaging way.

Together, we inspired young minds and showed them a glimpse of the amazing opportunities that lie ahead! 🌍💡

🌟 It was a fantastic opportunity to reconnect in person alongside our CIO, Martina Ritzer!
Not only that we reviewed the achievements and goals of each IT team - from Software Engineering with Liviu Nastasa, PMO with Stefania Aldea (Coman), where Ionela - Dumitra Matei also participated, D365 Engineering with Silvan-Michael Prusu, Agile Transformation led by Florin Manolescu or Corporate Services with Maria Matei, where also Alex Albu and Adriana Andrei presented how PMs generate value throughout the project lifecycles. We explored updates from IT Engineering & Enterprise Services with Cristina Modreanu, updates from IT Communication & Marketing from Teodora Luca and got HR insights from Roxana Boangar.

But what made this gathering truly special was the time we spent as a team beyond presentations and work. Strengthening bonds, sharing ideas, and getting to know each other on a deeper level was incredibly valuable, especially in a world where so much of our collaboration is remote. 👩‍💻

The energy and insights shared are already turning into actionable plans, and we’re all looking forward to what we’ll achieve together. Here’s to more moments like these that remind us of the power of teamwork! 🤝

Congratulations to all CWS GBS runners who participated in the International Marathon 2024!👏
This year, we are proud to have 9 of our colleagues crossed the finish line: Halmagy, Matacuta, Neagoe, Cheran, -Cristina Gandila, Popa, Pieretti, Brad, and Lenghel.

It was more than just a race, as their involvement supported various NGOs, making a positive impact in our community.
It’s already a tradition that unites our runners for a greater good.
