The Marketing function strives to deliver Best in Class user experience online and offline to our end users. We are responsible for everything you experience from websites to postcards from events to branding. We service the sales organisation through training and support to drive lead generation and sales conversion. We work closely with other internal functions, continuously improving the end user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and prepare reports for all eBusiness metrics for various online platforms and achieve all growth objectives and develop all enhancements agreed through quarterly objective setting and annual performance reviews
Manage various internal data sources and web analytics tools to enhance customer experience and assist to increase web presence of company and monitor all websites and recommend user experience changes required.
Develop and execute activities and plans for various eBusiness projects and coordinate with product development / web development team to prepare an effective schedule for project delivery and continued success.
Assist all internal parties to understand product deliverables and provide support to all activities on eBusiness platforms and ensure satisfaction of customer always.
Analyse online experience of customer and recommend improvements to same and assess effectiveness of all key metrics and monitor all vendor service level agreement to ensure optimal quality of services to customer.
Openly discuss with the Digital experience roles in team to plan and deliver best of breed platform updates and improvements so we constantly WOW our online customers.
Coordinate with internal team and provide support to all online marketing strategies and prioritise projects and recommend ways to increase traffic to website with incorporation of best tools and assist to maximise revenue.
Prepare reports and maintain track of all activities on websites, perform tests and assist in all website conversation and recommend improvements in strategies to increase customer retention and design site content.
Maintain optimal level of customer services always and ensure simplicity in services and ensure compliance to all legal requirements and monitor all online channels.
Administer an effective website strategy and develop and maintain effective relationships with all web designers and programmers as you continue to deliver against a backlog of user experience improvement.
Skills & Experience
Excellent written and oral command of English
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are needed
Candidate should be a strong team player yet an aggressive self-starter
Demonstrable track record in successfully coaching teams and delivering results
Advanced knowledge of client-side Marketplace technologies (Ariba, Sci-Warehouse etc)
Degree ideally in Business Studies, Marketing and/or E-Commerce
Proficient with Web Analytics software like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics (previously Omniture)
