To celebrate Children’s Day, we organized a fun activity called “Tiny Faces, Big Mystery.” In this game, participants had to guess which colleague was shown in childhood photos. 👧🏼👦🏻

The activity brought lots of laughter, happy memories, and team spirit. It reminded us that, even though we are adults, we still have a child’s heart and enjoy moments of play, curiosity and joy. 🤍

“Tiny Faces, Big Mystery” was a wonderful way to celebrate Children’s Day and reconnect with the child within us. ✨

On 8th of May, Silicon Service had the pleasure of visiting the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration at the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University in Iași, where our CEO, Ilan Aviv, met with the students for an engaging and inspiring discussion.
During the session, students had the opportunity to gain valuable insights into entrepreneurship, innovation, and the challenges of leading a successful company in today’s dynamic business environment.
The event created an engaging and friendly atmosphere, encouraging meaningful discussions and thoughtful questions from participants. It was a wonderful opportunity for our students to connect academic knowledge with real-world business experience.

The Electronics Club at “Profesor Mihai Dumitriu” High School in Valea Lupului wrapped up with an electrifying final event!
Students showcased the robots they designed and built, pushing their creations to the limit in a friendly competition that highlighted their technical skills and creativity. 🤖🔧
Our team was thrilled to celebrate alongside them. The progress they’ve made this year is impressive — and the excitement in the room was proof that the future of engineering is already taking shape.

Turns out… more than we expected.

With Easter coming up on Sunday, we wanted to give our engineers a break from code and let them hunt something other than bugs.

Spoiler: competitive instincts were activated, alliances were formed, and one egg is still unaccounted for.

🎉 Team spirit at its best!

This month, our colleagues took a well‑deserved break from the keyboards and jumped into a mix of fun activities — from airsoft battles and cocktail workshops to escape rooms and a lively pub quiz night.

These moments weren’t just about having fun (though there was plenty of that). They were our way of showing genuine appreciation for the incredible work our engineers do every day. We had the pleasure of welcoming Victor Romanov, Technical Team Leader SEG VIP from Teradyne, who joined us on-site to share his experience, insights, and passion for engineering excellence.
