A little reminder for all of us today: growing up doesn't mean leaving play behind.

Curiosity, creativity, and the freedom to just play, these are all worth keeping. And sometimes that looks like building a race car just for fun and immediately taking it for a test drive.

Usually we build software. Sometimes, race cars. High standards either way. 😄

To the kids in all of us, happy Children's Day!

Tuesdays at Expert Network mean one thing: fresh fruits for everyone!

It's a small, simple gesture, but there's something about it that makes the middle of the week feel lighter. We're big believers that the little things add up.

What makes your team smile on a regular Tuesday?

Good communication isn’t something you learn once and move on from. It’s something you keep sharpening, conversation by conversation, project by project, team by team.

That’s why we've recently organized a communication workshop, tailored to the day-to-day reality of a project team. Because the best communication habits are built in context: around real projects, real conversations, and real collaboration moments.

Together, we explored how emotions shape what we hear, practiced using the Four Sides Model of communication, and left with practical tools and a few simple habits to practice in our daily work.

We believe that teams who communicate well don't just work better, they feel better doing it. And that's worth investing in, again and again.

What's one communication habit that has changed the way you work with your team?

6 weeks. 3 650 000+ steps taken. 66 completed workouts. 109 appreciation notes posted.
1 incredible team effort!

Our campaign has officially wrapped, and the real win isn’t on the scoreboard. It’s in the habits that stuck, and we couldn’t be prouder of every single colleague who showed up.

Watching challenges quietly become habits, that was the real reward! We started this campaign to bring back our favorite wellbeing initiatives. What we actually got was a reminder that wellbeing isn’t something you schedule for 6 weeks, but something we practice every day through the small choices we make.

And we'll keep making better small choices.
What about you?

Taking care of our wellbeing doesn't always have to be serious. Sometimes, the best thing we can do is laugh with our colleagues over questions we're absolutely sure we know the answer to (and we actually don't).

That's exactly what happened at our , one of the most energizing moments of our wellbeing campaign. Turns out connection, laughter, and a little friendly competition can be a a great wellbeing boost.

When we think about wellbeing, we often picture movement and nutrition first. But wellbeing lives just as much in the mind: in how we handle what shifts around us, how we connect, and how we recharge. And if there's one thing that never stops showing up in our lives, it's change.

That's why, alongside the steps and the salads, we made space for something deeper: a wellbeing workshop on navigating change, led by a psychologist, where we explored what keeps us stuck when things don't go as planned, what resources we can lean on, and how we tend to respond when life asks us to adapt. Because understanding that about ourselves is one of the most powerful things we can do.

What helps you stay grounded in times of change?
We'd love to hear.

You know what’s been the most surprising part of our wellbeing campaign?

It’s not the steps or the salads. It’s the people. The colleagues who walk together on their lunch break to hit their weekly step count. The teammate who motivates everyone to show up for a workout instead of letting them skip. The appreciation wall that ran out of space.

We designed this campaign around teams because research keeps showing the same thing: social connection is one of the strongest predictors of wellbeing. Not just at work, but everywhere.

And honestly, the scoreboard is fun, but the real magic is in the group chats, the “I made my salad, did you?” messages, and the friendly competition that keeps everyone going. What's been your favorite moment with your team lately?

Happy Easter to those already celebrating, and to everyone marking it the coming weekend!

However you're spending these days, around a festive table, on a long walk, soaking in the warm days of spring, or simply enjoying a few quieter days, we hope you take a moment to rest, recharge, and be present with the people who matter most.

We'll be back next week with more energy and more stories.
For now, let's simply enjoy these peaceful days!

Spring brings along a small shift, and it suddenly feels easier to stop and say what you appreciate about the people around you. Our colleagues have been doing exactly that, as part of our campaign: writing appreciation notes to each other on our Laudoteca wall, where honest, simple words of gratitude are shared openly.

And with Easter right around the corner, it feels like the perfect moment to extend that spirit beyond the office, especially since gratitude is one of the most researched wellbeing boosters out there. It costs nothing, takes 30 seconds, and can change someone's entire day.

So here's a small challenge for this week, from us to you: think of someone who made your day a little better recently, and tell them. It doesn't have to be big. It just has to be real.

Who comes to mind? Simply share what you're grateful for.

What’s more challenging: walking 21,000 steps in a week, completing 2 workouts, eating 2 fresh salads, or writing an appreciation note to a colleague?

Two weeks into our wellbeing campaign, here’s what we’re learning: the simple things aren’t always easy, but they’re always worth it. A morning walk instead of the usual commute. Showing up for planned workouts instead of hitting snooze. A colorful bowl instead of takeout. A sticky note that says “thank you” instead of letting the moment pass. The best part? Behind it all, it’s just a small decision, made more often.

Here are 3 wellbeing habits anyone can start this week:
1. Move for 20 minutes: walk, stretch, or even dance in your kitchen. It all counts.
2. Make one healthy meal from scratch.
3. Send that praise you keep saying you'll get to later.
