For the final panel in our School of Centric anniversary series, we opened the conversation beyond Centric and welcomed three external guests: Andreea Popa, Razvan Rughinis and Valeriu Nicolae.

Under the theme “The One Where the Next 10 Years Begin,” we talked about people, technology and about what comes next.
The conversation touched on education, inclusion, opportunity, the role of technology in society and the choices we make as professionals and as people.
After four panels, one idea stayed with us: the future is not something that simply happens to us. It is something we shape through the questions we ask, the knowledge we share and the impact we choose to create.

Last week we welcomed our client BCS HR Software to our office in Iasi.
Although we collaborate remotely every day, being together in person creates opportunities for richer discussions, faster alignment, and stronger connections.

How does a digital product go from an idea to something people actually use? Our Centric Scholarship Fund mentees got to explore just that during a workshop we hosted for tehm: "How a digital product is built."

Together, our mentors walked them through the journey of building a digital product, from understanding needs and shaping ideas to teamwork, development processes and the way an IT company brings solutions to life. The curiosity in the room made the session even more valuable. The mentees asked questions, shared thoughts and joined the conversation with openness and energy.
A big thank you to our mentors for preparing and facilitating this workshop, and for offering practical insights, inspiration and useful advice for the students’ future professional paths.
And thank you to our partners at Fundația Comunitară Iași for helping us continue this meaningful journey through the Centric Scholarship Fund.
To our mentees: thank you for your presence, your questions and your willingness to learn.

Big milestone for our Tisza team in Iași: we’ve officially completed Sprint 200. 🎉

That means around 7–8 years of building, learning, solving, improving and moving forward together. Even more special: four colleagues in the current team have been part of the project since day one.
A big thank-you to everyone who has contributed to Centric Leefomgeving over the years, both current and former colleagues. Your creativity, perseverance and high standards helped shape a product we can be proud of.

The future doesn’t always arrive gradually. Sometimes, it gets here too fast.
That was the theme of our third School of Centric anniversary panel: The One Where the Future Got Here Too Fast.
Together with colleagues from our leadership team Andra, Ioana, Iuliana, Damaris and Corneliu we talked about workforce transformation, leadership in tech and how companies adapt when change moves faster than expected.
From remote work and the pandemic to AI and new team expectations, the conversation explored how leadership has evolved, and how leaders continue to adapt, stay balanced and support their teams through change.
A clear takeaway: when the future moves fast, leadership needs to stay human, curious and open to learning.
