Today marks one of the biggest milestones in our journey.
After months of architecture, low-level development, hardware validation, and countless hours debugging on real silicon, HEQK (Hardened Edge Quantum-safe Kernel) has reached production readiness.
What started as an idea to build a secure, capability-based microkernel has become a reality:
* ✅ Capability-based security model
* ✅ Memory isolation & scheduling
* ✅ Userspace and IPC
* ✅ RFC 9669 eBPF dataplane
* ✅ Inline IPS
* ✅ Hardware attestation
* ✅ Anti-rollback protection
* ✅ Stage-2 isolation
* ✅ Verified on real ARM64 hardware
This is more than another operating system.
HEQK was designed from day one as the trusted computing base for autonomous cybersecurity at the edge—minimizing attack surface while maximizing performance, determinism, and resilience.
With this milestone complete, we are now entering the next phase:
Integrating HEQK into HookProbe OS to completely replace Linux as the underlying operating system.
This will enable HookProbe to run on a purpose-built security microkernel where every component—from drivers to detection engines—is designed around isolation, capabilities, and high-assurance ex*****on rather than adapting a general-purpose operating system.
We’re not building another Linux distribution.
We’re building an operating system whose primary purpose is to detect, analyze, and stop cyber threats.
