🚀 We're Hiring: A2P SMS Account Manager (Remote)

Global Voice SRL is a leading telecommunications carrier based in Romania, specializing in premium Voice and A2P SMS services for partners worldwide. Since 2015, we've grown into a trusted partner for major companies, with 500+ interconnections and a strong commitment to quality and reliability.

We're looking for an experienced A2P SMS Account Manager to join our team and help grow our international messaging business.

Main Responsibilities
📌 Serve as the main contact for assigned customer accounts
📌 Manage and grow a portfolio of A2P SMS customer accounts
📌 Search for and onboard new customers
📌 Develop and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
📌 Ensure effective service delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction
📌 Investigate customer complaints and drive resolution
📌 Negotiate pricing and fee structures when necessary
📌 Work closely with routing teams on route quality and coverage requirements
📌 Work closely with finance on billing, reconciliation, and disputes
📌 Keep customer reporting and CRM documentation up to date

Key Requirements
📎 2–3 years of experience selling international A2P SMS / SMS marketing traffic
📎 Proven success in account management and building client relationships
📎 Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
📎 Experience preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and managing contracts
📎 Ability to analyze traffic data and optimize routing and service quality
📎 Knowledge of SMS regulations and compliance
📎 Strong understanding of sales performance metrics
📎 Excellent communication and negotiation skills
📎 Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)

🌍 Location & Time Zone
This is a full-time remote role. We welcome applicants within GMT 0 to GMT +3 time zones, including Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
