This weekend, our CTO Nagy Ni**od was invited to speak at Forgatag, a well-known local cultural event, on a topic that has become one of his favorite subjects lately:
“Teach Them to Think, Not Just to Use – AI and the Next Generation.” 🤖

Of course, Ni**od happily accepted the invitation! 😄
As AI becomes an increasingly natural part of our everyday lives, one of the biggest questions is not how do we teach the next generation to use AI? - but how do we make sure they continue critical thinking, questioning, creating, and making decisions for themselves?

🏔️ Big shoutout to some of our Lynx Solutions colleagues!

Many of you probably don't know this, but a while back we set ourselves a goal: conquer 10 Romanian mountain peaks over 2500m in 5 years. This weekend, our team didn't just tick off one - they conquered TWO! 🙌
Huge congrats to them for this awesome achievement, and for bringing back some absolutely breathtaking photos to share with all of us. 📸

Last week, we swapped keyboards for helmets and headed to our beloved karting track for an evening full of speed, friendly competition, and plenty of fun.

Congratulations to the Top 3 finishers in the Beginners Cup and the champions of the almighty Pro Cup! 🏆🏎️

At Lynx Solutions, it's never just about the "9-to-5". It's about our community, the moments we share, and the events that help us recharge and enjoy the ride- both on and off the track.

Most architecture mistakes don't happen because of bad engineers.
They happen because of business pressure.
"Ship fast." "We'll clean it up later." "It's good enough for now."

And then later comes. And it's never cheap.
We've seen this pattern repeatedly — both in our own journey and with clients who came to us after learning it the hard way. Rebuilding a system that was never designed to scale isn't just a technical problem. It's lost time, lost trust, and lost market opportunity.

Scalable architecture isn't an engineering preference. It's a business decision.
The products that grow without breaking aren't lucky. They were designed that way — with modular components, clear boundaries, and room to evolve.

It’s over…

At least for this year.
Our Spring Practice 2026 program has officially come to an end, and we can proudly call it a success. Over the past 6 weeks, our students worked closely alongside the guidance and support of our mentors, turning ideas into interesting projects while gaining valuable hands-on experience.

It was a real joy to watch them evolve, learn, ask questions, overcome challenges, and truly understand the importance of teamwork and collaboration.

A huge thank you to everyone involved - mentors, organizers, and especially the students for their enthusiasm, curiosity, and dedication throughout the entire journey.

Another great event successfully completed at the "Față în Față cu Angajatorul"!

We had the opportunity to meet dozens of bright, open-minded students, discuss career paths, IT, future opportunities, and hear their visions about where they see themselves in the years ahead.

It was a successful and inspiring day, and our colleagues from Lynx Solutions truly enjoyed connecting with so many eager and motivated students. Thank you to everyone who stopped by to talk with us!

It was a pleasure to once again meet talented students with strong mindsets, fresh ideas, and the motivation to build something meaningful for the future. Seeing so much passion, curiosity, and ambition in one place reminds us why investing in young talent matters.

This weekend's Hackathon delivered, and we couldn't be prouder! 🏆

Congratulations to Whitespace, our overall winners! Their Tamagotchi-inspired web app gamifies real life- log your football sessions, water intake, and social hangouts, and watch your avatar thrive.

And a very special congratulations to Artificial Incompetence, winners of the 🏅 Lynx Solutions Special Prize! Their BeReal-style app challenges users with tasks tailored to their interest circles. Complete a task, snap a photo, and let the AI be the judge- analyzing and scoring your submission on the spot.

The reason they stood out? They used AI the right way: not to generate content or power a chatbot, but as a smart analytical layer that validates real-world inputs. That's the thinking we love to see.
