There’s something special about meeting the people behind the technology. 💚

We’re at PUG Challenge Conference in Providence, enjoying a few days of sharing ideas, learning from the community, and having the conversations that make events like this so valuable.

Carla and Claudiu have already taken the stage for their sessions, and now they’re back at the Wayfare booth together with Nicolas, ready to chat, exchange ideas, and meet more of the people who make this community what it is.

We went back to the 2000s for a weekend and came back with something even better: new memories made together. 💛

Between childhood games, old-school challenges, throwback music and lots of laughter, we were reminded that strong teams are built not only through work, but through the moments that bring us closer.

Because in the end, togetherness is what matters. ✨

A strong team is built not only through the work we do together, but through the moments we share beyond it.

In the middle of busy schedules, deadlines and everyday responsibilities, it’s easy to forget how important it is to simply spend time together to talk, laugh, play and connect as people, not just as colleagues.

That’s what made our recent team building weekend so meaningful.

Belonging is often created in the simplest moments: cheering each other on, sharing a laugh, dancing to a song everyone remembers, or simply enjoying being present together.

These moments bring us closer and remind us that behind every role, project and responsibility, there are people.

We went back in time for a weekend, but we came back with something that matters for the future: stronger connections and new memories made together. 💛

Our workplace turned into a little marketplace, but with a purpose close to our hearts. ❤️

We gathered together and brought in things to sell to our colleagues, all to raise funds for a good cause. And honestly, the variety made it even more special: books looking for a new home, earrings and little treasures, games ready for another round of fun, and sweets that were almost impossible to resist.

What mattered most was people coming together, sharing what they had, and choosing to make a difference.

Sometimes, doing good doesn’t have to be complicated.

Small contributions. A shared purpose. A good cause. And a whole lot of heart. 💛

And of course, a little fun!

Two weeks into our Academy journey! 🎉

Nine trainees, learning Progress OpenEdge from the ground up. The excitement of day one is settling into something even better: real focus, real questions, and real progress.

What makes us proud? The mentors guiding them through it were trainees themselves. That's the heart of it: we don't just train people, we grow them, and then we watch them come back to do the same for the next group. 💪

Six weeks to go. We can't wait to see where this journey takes them.

One week down. Seven weeks of possibilities ahead.

This week, 9 new trainees took their first steps into our Progress OpenEdge Academy.
Every journey starts with a first week: meeting new people, asking questions, discovering new concepts, and stepping outside the comfort zone. The energy, curiosity, and enthusiasm already filling the room make us excited for what comes next.

Here's to learning, growing, collaborating, and making the most of the next seven weeks together.
