Another internship chapter comes to an end. 🎓💻

Over the past weeks, our 2026 interns had the opportunity to turn theory into practice, working with modern technologies, tackling real technical challenges, collaborating as a team, and learning what it takes to build software beyond the classroom.

Throughout the program, our mentors were there to guide, challenge, and support them, creating a space where questions were encouraged, feedback was part of the process, and learning happened every day.

But the best way to understand the experience is through the people who lived it.

As we wrap up this year’s internship, we’re sharing a few of their thoughts on the journey. 🎬

We don't lead with nostalgia but with the judgment that 25+ years of building things (and watching some of them break) gives you.

Today, this paradigm is amplified by AI and the ex*****on is faster than ever. But the partnership and real accountability are still human. 🤝

3,000+ decision-makers. Quantum, AI, defense tech, robotics, energy. Europe's builders all in one room at Wilhelm Studios.

We were there. We listened, we talked, and we came back with sharper thinking about where the industry is heading and where we fit in it.
