12 participants certified in the second edition of Techable 🎓 Techable 2025-2026 has officially come to an end, marking another milestone in our mission to create more accessible pathways into technology careers for people with disabilities.

✅ 92 applicants took part in 120 hours of training
✅ 12 certified graduates: 8 earned the ANC certification as IT Systems Engineers, and 4 earned the ANC certification in Digital Competence, including Internet Safety and Cybersecurity
✅ 95% attendance rate

For our latest session, we welcomed psychologist Dr. Ana Dragu for an insightful conversation about ADHD at work. 🧠

We separated myths from facts, explored the difference between ADHD and everyday distractions, and learned practical strategies for better focus, organization and productivity. ✨

We were proud to once again offer the first prize at the 𝗥𝗮𝗱𝗮 𝗠𝗶𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗰𝗲𝗮 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗴 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴, a competition that celebrates outstanding early-career researchers and the impact their work can have on the future of science and engineering.

Held in partnership with the Primăria Cluj-Napoca and led by Professor Rada Mihalcea, one of Romania's most renowned AI researchers, the initiative brings together some of the brightest young minds in research and innovation.

Four hubs. Four AI stories. One shared goal: learning from each other. ✨

At the first AI Diaries session, colleagues from Cluj, Sofia, Porto, and Hyderabad shared practical examples of how they’re using AI to solve problems, improve workflows, and create value every day. From internal use cases to industry perspectives, the session highlighted a simple but powerful idea: some of the most impactful AI innovation starts with sharing what’s already working. 🚀

We were especially proud to have our colleague Andrei Jurj represent the Cluj hub, sharing how AI is being used to support game testing. 👏

Special thanks to our guest Lydia Mammen, VP Digital Analytics at Adidas, for sharing her perspective on the latest AI trends and what they mean for organisations adopting AI at scale.

Another Walking Month, another reminder of what we can achieve when we move together. 💛

Yesterday evening, at the 𝗪𝗮𝗹𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵 𝗚𝗮𝗹𝗮, we celebrated not only the winners, but an incredible community that came together to raise 𝟲𝟭𝟵,𝟬𝟬𝟬 𝗟𝗘𝗜 to support this year’s cause – offering 250 hours of practical workshops for 500 children from rural communities, delivered through Educalise NGO.

Thank you to everyone who walked, donated, volunteered, and helped make Walking Month 2026 another memorable chapter.

Congratulations to all the winners, and to every participant who proved that even the smallest steps can create positive impact.

We’re already looking forward to doing it all again next year! ✨🚶
