Celebrating shared roots, strong connections and a united European future. ✨

We were honoured to host Europe United, organised in partnership with the Ambasada Irlandei Bucureşti / Irish Embassy Bucharest to Romania and the Honorary Consulate of Ireland in Cluj-Napoca, marking Ireland’s Presidency of the Council of the European Union 2026.

Together with our General Manager, Radu Miclăuș, and Kevin Harrington, CEO Flutter UK & Ireland, we welcomed distinguished guests from diplomacy, business, academia and the local community for an evening dedicated to collaboration, cultural exchange and meaningful dialogue.

From inspiring speeches and cultural performances to meaningful conversations, the event was a powerful reminder of what we can achieve through cooperation and shared purpose.

Special thanks to His Excellency Brendan Ward, Ambassador of Ireland, and SP O'Mahony for leading this event!

🏆 𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗠𝗣𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦 🏆 What a night for our football team! After becoming the first team in the Cupa CBC - The Rada Way history to reach four finals, they made it count by lifting their second trophy.

Following a hard-fought 0-0 draw in regular time, the final was decided from the spot, with our team holding their nerve to win 4-3 on penalties and bring the cup home. ⚽💛

Huge congrats, boys! You’ve made us proud! ✨

𝗣𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲, 𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀. 🚀 This week, we hosted Today Software Magazine 171 Launch | Human-in-the-loop: Keeping People at the Center of AI, bringing together technology professionals, industry experts, and members of the local IT community for an evening focused on responsible AI adoption, cybersecurity, leadership, and the future of work.

👏 Big thanks to our colleagues Adrian Maciuc, Anca Brădișteanu, Rareș Preda, and Dan Boncuț for sharing their expertise, and to everyone who joined the discussion.

One message resonated throughout the evening: as AI evolves, success won't be defined only by the capabilities of our systems, but by our ability to keep people at the center of innovation. ✨

💛 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗻𝗲𝘄𝘀! After supporting people with mobility disabilities in the first two years, the 3rd edition of Techable is dedicated to 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘃𝗶𝘀𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀, helping them build digital skills and explore opportunities in tech.

Participants will explore technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, AI-assisted programming, and accessibility QA and testing. 🚀

Organised in partnership with Digital Stack, Caiac SMile, Techable is a free online program and can be accessed from anywhere in Romania.

AI may be changing how employer brands are discovered, but the stories that build trust still need to be human. ✨ This was the perspective shared by our Head of Employer Branding, Oana Cătălina Rusu, during the 𝗘𝗕𝗱𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘂𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗲𝗹 - 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 & 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵. Drawing on more than seven years of leading our employer branding strategy, she spoke about keeping people and authenticity at the heart of everything, from culture and storytelling to partnerships and community initiatives.
