A new project, a great reason to celebrate! 🎉
Today, part of our team reunited at the office to kick off a new project and end the week with pizza, cake, fresh drinks and good company. 🍕🍰🥤
Special shout-out to Carina, one of our true “Neusoft kids,” who helped decorate the office for the occasion. Her mom has been with us for over 15 years, so we’ve literally known her since before she was born. Time flies when you love what you do.❤️

Throwback to cooler days, quite literally! 🧥
At the beginning of June, our colleagues travelled to Munich for a memorable mix of workshops, teamwork and team-building activities at EGYM’s headquarters.
While Cluj-Napoca has recently been turning up the summer heat, Munich welcomed the team with slightly chillier weather, making jackets very much part of the dress code.
Because apparently, great ideas sometimes need a few extra layers. 😊
A great experience, inspiring conversations and wonderful memories with the team!

Yesterday, we witnessed a different kind of problem-solving.
A mother duck and her ducklings somehow found themselves far from the water, wandering through our office yard. With a curious cat nearby and busy streets just beyond the fence, the situation quickly became more dangerous than it seemed.
One of our colleagues, Sorin, decided he couldn't just watch and hope for the best.
He contacted several organizations that might be able to help, but as time passed and no one arrived, the ducklings made their way out of the yard and toward the streets of Cluj-Napoca.
What followed was an unexpected rescue mission.
Keeping a careful eye on the little family, Sorin guided them away from traffic and toward safety. When the mother duck got frightened and flew off, he gathered the ducklings, carried them to the nearest stream on the Somesul Mic, and hoped for the best.
The best happened.
Waiting by the water was the mother duck.
A few moments later, the family was reunited and safely on their way.
We're proud to work alongside people who don't just solve problems at work, but who also step up when help is needed, even when the challenge comes with feathers and tiny webbed feet.

Attention to detail is often what separates a good product from a great one.
But no matter how experienced we are, nobody catches everything alone.
That's why great products are built through collaboration. One person notices a usability issue. Another spots a technical constraint. Someone else catches an inconsistency before it reaches production.
Different perspectives. Shared ownership. Better outcomes.
And yes, sometimes even the detail-oriented people need someone to review their work too. 😉
