Last week ended with us stepping away from our normal routines, and spending some quality time together at New Sky High, Cluj-Napoca.

Together with Active HUB, we put our creativity and teamwork to test through a series of hands-on challenges. We built a plant stand, created an insect hotel, and then split into teams for a special challenge: building a working catapult using only a limited set of materials, with no help from the internet. Just ideas, collaboration, experimentation and a bit of friendly competition.

After testing our creations, celebrating the winners and handing out some well-earned prizes, we also took a moment to mark a very special milestone: 18 years with the team for Titus Bob, one of our long-standing colleagues.

We ended the day gathered around the fire, sharing stories and enjoying a relaxed evening together.

A great reminder that sometimes the best way to strengthen a team is simply to build something together, laugh, compete a little, and spend time outside the office.

Thank you to everyone who made this day so memorable!

Special shout-out to Carina, one of our true “Neusoft kids,” who helped decorate the office for the occasion. Her mom has been with us for over 15 years, so we’ve literally known her since before she was born. Time flies when you love what you do.❤️

What we’re looking for:

🇮🇹 Advanced Italian language skills
🇬🇧 Intermediate English skills, sufficient for understanding project documentation and internal communication
💬 Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
🤝 Ability to work well in a team and handle customer requests professionally

Work setup:

📍 Cluj-Napoca
🏢 Office-based work during the probation period, followed by a hybrid setup
🕙 Working hours: 10:00–19:00, including a 1-hour lunch break
🔄 The schedule may include shifts, depending on project requirements
