The Discovery & Definition collaboration between RebelDot and Visa Cash App Racing Bulls F1 Team focused on one clear goal: creating clarity around a complex engineering platform.

Together, the teams mapped the current system, aligned across key technical and business perspectives, and defined a shared direction for the work ahead.

We joined the Bluefish team early on as technical partners and helped build the Agentic Marketing Platform (AMP) for the Fortune 500, giving the world’s largest brands a way to monitor, optimize, and measure performance across leading AI platforms like Claude, ChatGPT and others.

Our focus was on two things: solving the needs in front of us, while keeping the product flexible enough to evolve as models and customer expectations changed.

Building with AI shouldn’t be a skill limited to software developers and coders only.

And, at RebelDot we make sure it’s not.

Over the past few months, we’ve been running a series of AI-Assisted Development workshops.

💡 The focus? Exploring what we could create with AI to improve the way we work - from new internal tools to new processes, etc. - and turning those ideas into tangible outputs we could prototype, build and test ourselves.

But we didn’t want those learnings to stay within our digital product development teams only...

So, the workshops have also expanded to our Growth, People & Culture, Product, Delivery, Branding & Communications, Finance, Legal, and Admin departments, adapting the format to each team, while keeping the same focus: hands-on learning, experimentation and finding practical ways in which AI can improve the work we already do.

A big thank you to our colleagues: Alexandra, Vlad and Arany, for facilitating these sessions and creating the space for a lot of experimenting, learning and knowledge sharing along the way!

And we’re not quite done yet, either. 🤓

The next workshops are already set, and some of the ideas and prototypes that came out of these sessions are being developed further and brought into our day-to-day work.

We’ve been building with Claude across multiple model generations, from early experimentation to systems running in production.

That meant keeping pace as the technology evolves, understanding what each new model and capability makes possible, testing its limits, and translating that into real-world applications.

This milestone reflects that experience and brings it even closer to the core of how we engineer at RebelDot.

And we’re not stopping here.

We intend to keep building with Claude, helping businesses turn AI into something practical, scalable and useful.

Plot twist: our AI & Data interns aren’t interns anymore...

After 2 months of learning, experimenting, asking questions, building, presenting, collaborating and putting a whole lot of new knowledge into practice, our ex-interns are officially continuing their RebelDot journey as full-time colleagues. 🥹

During the internship, they worked closely with dedicated mentors to strengthen their technical foundations, challenge their thinking, and get comfortable solving problems that didn’t always come with an obvious answer.

And the learning went beyond the technical side, too.

Role-plays, demos and presentation sessions gave them space to practice communicating ideas clearly, explaining their decisions and collaborating effectively.

But a big part of these 2 months was also about putting all of that into practice through dedicated AI & Data projects, where they could experiment, work through real challenges and turn their gathered knowledge into hands-on experience.

Thank you, to all the Rebels who mentored, reviewed, answered questions, shared feedback, ran sessions and helped make the internship both genuinely useful and genuinely enjoyable for the people going through it!

So, safe to say, this summer’s internship was a success. 🙂‍↔️

But the best part? It didn’t really end.
