What happens when a leadership team lets go of control for a few hours? 🎨

Our Commercial Data Listings & Lease leadership team recently explored that question during a watercolor art workshop. As a beautifully unpredictable technique, watercolor doesn't allow you to control every outcome. 😄

The experience became an exercise in patience, resilience, and embracing uncertainty and imperfection. More importantly, it was a reminder of the value of staying present, adaptable, and open-minded when things don't go exactly as planned.

Sometimes, the best lessons come from trusting the process rather than trying to control the outcome. ✨

At our latest 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝 𝐨𝐧 𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐭𝐬 (𝐁𝐎𝐁) event, we took a closer look at what’s really behind the products we put in our shopping carts. 🛒🥗

Together with 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟. 𝐃𝐚𝐧 𝐕𝐨𝐝𝐧𝐚𝐫, one of Romania’s most respected food science researchers and a professor at USAMV Cluj-Napoca, we explored how to better understand ingredients and make more informed choices when shopping.

Backed by scientific research and practical recommendations, the session equipped us with the knowledge to make healthier food choices and smarter use of our meal vouchers.

For the fourth edition of our 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐂𝐢𝐫𝐜𝐥𝐞 initiative, we welcomed Preventis, a Cluj-based NGO dedicated to preventing substance addiction and supporting those affected by it, represented by Tabita Cernica, Miriam Bucur, and Daniela Gligor.

Preventis runs nationwide prevention programs in schools, supports at-risk children and young people through its Brave Mentorship Program, and is developing a recovery program for adolescents and young adults.

The team shared insights into their work, the impact they are creating in the community, and the challenges they face in both prevention and recovery.

A little while ago, we were happy to attend Arena Binelui’s Awards Gala by FSPAC - Facultatea de Ştiinţe Politice, Administrative şi ale Comunicării, as their main sponsor, and celebrate the best student projects tackling real NGO challenges.

Students developed creative solutions for issues faced by 9 NGOs from Cluj and were recognized for their brilliant ideas, many of which are now waiting to be implemented!

Congratulations to all the winning teams and participants for their inspiring work and innovative thinking! 👏

The NGOs were truly impressed by the proposed solutions and are eager to integrate many of these ideas into their day-to-day operations to make their work even more impactful. 🌍

Our Database Administrators team is back from , full of fresh ideas! 💡

Four days in Newport meant learning, reconnecting with the data community, and exploring everything from SQL Server to performance tuning and future tech trends.

Beyond the sessions, it was also about bonding as a team and stepping out of the daily routine. Now they’re back, recharged, and ready to turn those insights into better solutions for what we build every day.💻
