Asigurarea si mentinerea unui sistem unitar de resurse umane calificate si competente pentru indeplinirea obiectivelor firmei.

Obiectivele postului

Coordonarea intregii activitati a Departamentului Resurse Umane.
Elaborarea, implementarea si actualizarea strategiilor si politicilor de resurse umane in conformitate cu politicile si strategia generala ale firmei.

Descrierea sarcinilor / atributiilor / activitatilor postului

Elaboreaza si urmareste implementarea strategiei si a procedurilor de lucru privind resursele umane din firma si le integreaza in strategia generala a firmei.
Dezvolta, revizuieste, implementeaza si actualizeaza politicile de angajare, de motivare si de beneficii pentru resursele umane din firma.
Elaboreaza, dezvolta si implementeaza planuri de cariera si dezvoltare personala atat pentru personalul din pozitiile cheie, cat si pentru restul personalului din firma.
Negociaza, proceseaza, revizuieste si monitorizeaza contractele de angajare.
Decide titulatura posturilor din companie conform COR.
Prezinta conducerii firmei rapoarte privind activitatea de resurse umane
Elaboreaza si aplica diferite instrumente de psiho-diagnostic, evaluare, motivare etc.
Consiliaza managerii celorlalte departamente ale companiei cu privire la activitatile de resurse umane
Elaboreaza Manualul Personalului.
Coordoneaza activitatile de recrutare si selectie, de orientare si integrare a noilor angajati, de evaluare a performantelor si de motivare, gestioneaza situatiile conflictuale, de criza etc.
Analizeaza in permanenta nivelurile de salarizare de pe piata muncii pentru a propune pachete salariale motivante.
Coordoneaza elaborarea Regulamentului Intern si a Regulamentului de Organizare si Functionare si urmareste ca fiecare angajat sa ia la cunostinta intocmai continutul acestor documente.
Identifica problemele cu care se confrunta angajatii si propune managementului solutii pentru rezolvarea acestora
Elaboreaza organigrama firmei si o reface ori de cate ori se impune (de exemplu daca se creeaza posturi care nu sunt prevazute in organigrama prezenta etc.).
Stabileste conform structurii organizatorice si a ROF sarcinile si responsabilitatile personalului din subordine, in baza fiselor de post.
Propune masuri de recompensare sau sanctionare a personalului din subordine in conformitate cu legislatia in vigoare si politicile firmei.
Organizeaza acordarea concediului de odihna si a zilelor libere pentru personalul din subordine.
Exercita permanent sau temporar, prin delegarea competentelor, acele atributii specifice specialitatii sale, stabilite prin actul constitutiv al societatii sau prin organul decizional statutar (AGA, CA) in sarcina reprezentantului legal.
Executa orice alte dispozitii date de superiorul ierarhic in realizarea strategiilor pe termen scurt ale companiei in limitele respectarii temeiului legal.

Specificatiile postului

Nivelul de studii
Studii superioare, de preferinta in resurse umane sau in domeniul socio-uman.



Calificarea necesara

Cursuri de specializare postuniversitare de manager resurse umane
Specializare in diferite instrumente de evaluare si psihodiagnoza organizationala.
Cunostinte de legislatia muncii.
Cunoasterea pietei locale a fortei de munca.
Cunoastere limbi straine: limba engleza, de preferat nivel avansat.
Operare PC: Word, Excel.



Experienta de lucru necesara

Minimum 3 ani intr-o pozitie de coordonare in domeniul resurselor umane.

ERP Contact is looking to extend the Oracle EBS development team. The new member/s will work with the current application support and Development teams, with business analysts and project managers to customize, maintain, support and extend the Oracle EBS R12 application, mainly the Order Management module.

What you’ll get to do:
• Develop solutions to support the business and to enhance functionality based on business requirements;
• Troubleshoot issues to find the root cause and provide technical solutions;
• Work closely with the business and others in IT to develop new solutions and extend the functionality of EBS;
• Follow established SDLC process for code development through code release and support;
• Analyze, design and develop extensions using PL/SQL and Java with Oracle technology tools such as Oracle Reports, SQL Developer, JDeveloper.

Requirements, need to have:
• 2+ years of experience in PL/SQL package/procedure based programming for custom applications around Oracle EBS modules;
• Experience and knowledge of Oracle R12 eBusiness Suite environment. This includes Oracle database, data models, Oracle Application Framework, Oracle Forms and Oracle Workflow, Unix Scripting and SQL*Loader;
• Experience with Implementation/Configuration of Oracle EBS ( knowledge of flex fields, workflow, setup and profile options);
• Demonstrated analytical and troubleshooting skills;
• Ability to work independently and without direct supervision;
• Must possess good oral and written communication skills;
• English is a must.

Nice to have
• Object oriented programming (Java) experience/JDeveloper;
• Functional knowledge of Order Management, Finance modules.

• Utilize Oracle technical tools such as SQL Developer, Oracle Workflow, Forms, WEB ADI, PL/SQL to develop solutions to support the business and to enhance functionality based on business requirements;
• Troubleshoot issues to find the root cause and provide technical solutions;
• Work closely with the business and others in IT to develop new solutions and extend the functionality of EBS;
