This is the team behind everything we build at Linnify and the reason we're excited about what's next. 🚀

Our session, A Day In The Future with AGI, is on the shortlist for SXSW 2027, and whether it makes the stage comes down partly to a public vote.

The session tackles probably the hottest question of the moment: what if the G in AGI can actually stand for Governed, not General?

Getting there won't happen because of one person. It happens because of a team that believes in the idea, and a network willing to spend 60 seconds on it.

So here's our ask:

1. Vote for the session: https://bit.ly/4qykyAI (create a free SXSW account, vote for 'A Day in the Future with AGI' by hitting the heart in the upper right corner)

2. Share this with one person who cares about where AI is heading

Voting closes this Sunday, Aug 23rd

To our team: thank you for making the work worth putting on a stage. And to everyone voting: we promise we'll make the conversation count.

That's Catalin, our Co-CEO, and this week the whole Linnify team is behind him.

A Day In The Future is the podcast he started to explore where the world is heading through conversations with thought leaders across industries.

Our SXSW proposal "A Day in the Future with AGI", centers on one provocative question: what if the G in AGI can actually stand for Governed, not General?

Landing this on the SXSW stage, one of the biggest tech and culture events in the world, would put Linnify in the middle of the most important conversation in AI right now.

Here's the thing: SXSW sessions are picked partly by public vote, so every vote genuinely helps us get selected. It takes 60 seconds, and all you have to do is:
1. Go here: https://participate.sxsw.com/flow/sxsw/sxsw27/community-voting-sxsw/page/community-voting/session/1785093675293001clyJ
2. Create a free SXSW account (one-time, that's the only catch)
3. Vote for "A Day in the Future with AGI"

You can vote for other sessions too, it costs nothing.
Voting closes Sunday, Aug 23

Thank you for helping us get there 🚀

We’re on the SXSW 2027 shortlist, and the public decides who makes the stage.

Our session asks what an ordinary Tuesday looks like once AGI is quietly in the room. The G won’t stand for General. It’ll stand for Governed.

Voting closes Sun Aug 23 and takes 60 seconds:
→ vote here: https://bit.ly/4iggDpS
→ make a free SXSW account
→ give a heart vote to the "A Day in the Future with AGI"

One minute from you. A real shot at the stage for us.

What does Gen Z want most from work? The answer might surprise you: money.

Russ Finney explains how work values have shifted across generations. Boomers were straightforward: tell me what to do, and as long as the pay is good, I'll handle whatever you throw at me. Gen X wanted independence and space to solve problems their own way. Millennials were value-driven, ranking purpose and making a difference near the top, with salary all the way down at number seven.

Then comes Gen Z, and the research shows a full circle back to money at number one. But with a twist: Gen Z will chase purpose and save the world, as long as you pay them well AND your values match theirs.

Which generation sounds most like you?

What if you could practice the hardest parts of a job before you ever started one?

Aaron Meyers explains how Gentrainer's simulated internship recreates a real workplace. Interns go through orientation, meet the CEO and executive team, then work with AI team members modeled on three generations: Millennial, Gen X, and Boomer.

The real test is conflict. When the intern has to tell two team leaders their projects are shelved for six months, the AI bots don't just nod along like a typical chatbot. They push back. The Gen X bot insists its team would do it better. The Boomer bot feels overlooked after years of loyalty. The intern has to navigate all of it.

That's how Gen Z builds real experience before day one. See it here: https://youtu.be/bWgPlmxdG9Y?si=AHQkaSi1dXFEWwUb

73% of new employees leave before their third year. Why?

Aaron Meyers says it's not about skills, it's about engagement, and it often comes down to one relationship: the first-line leader you spend 70% of your time with.

He breaks it into four tenets that actually keep people: two-way communication, real development, genuine recognition, and honest performance management. When he asks companies what their standards and expectations are, he usually gets a blank stare.

That disconnect is the problem. And it's fixable.

"I lived through the internet gold rush. Now I'm living it again with AI." 🚀

Russ Finney on why AI isn't one big thing, but dozens of real use cases. One of the best? Training with AI personalities in a safe space where you can take risks and gain experience you'd never get otherwise.

"I didn't get an intern." That's the gap Gentrainer fills. 🎯

"Just use ChatGPT." 🫠 Not quite.

Real AI training simulations need more than one model. GentrAIner runs like an orchestra: an LLM performs, LangChain conducts, and the whole system learns and improves on its own. 🎵

The result? Not a rigid chatbot, but a living ecosystem built to mirror a real company and internship.

That is agentic AI in action.

New York. 1,500+ events. And we ran a working lab. 🗽

Last week in New York, we ran a live AI ROI Lab as part of , a working session for CFOs, CIOs, and operators who needed real answers, not another panel.
This is what it looked like.

Here’s what most people won’t tell you about expanding to the US.

The pitch looks great on paper. The market is massive. The opportunity is real.

But the decisions that actually determine whether you make it: the positioning, the messaging, the business strategy shifts, those aren’t in any playbook.

Linnify went from Cluj-Napoca to Austin. And on June 16th in New York, Patricia Zavacky, our Marketing Manager, is going to walk you through what that actually took.

- How fast you need to move when the market signals something
- When to shift your positioning, and when holding your ground is the smarter call
- And how the right partnerships and events can open doors for you

The strategies that worked. The ones that didn’t. And what she’d tell any Romanian company standing at that crossroads right now.

Patricia will speak during the "Ecosystem Support" panel together with Simona Vasile and Andrei Stoica, as part of the Romanian Tech & Innovation Summit Day 2, organised by RACC-IT. Make sure you'll be there.
