In your role as a Automation Specialist intern you will be cooperating with business experts, IT Stakeholders and the robotics process expert. You will support in designing and developing RPA Solutions. You will also assist in developing scripts to automate processes using robotics.

Required Qualifications:
• High School Graduate/ Working toward bachelor's degree in: Computer Science, Information Technology, Math, Engineering, Economics;
• English medium/advanced;
• Excellent communication and team work;
• Sense of duty and liability;
• Problems solving and innovation;
• Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
It would be great if you have experience in RPA development, preferably UiPath, or experience in object oriented programming: .Net Framework, Python or Java, but it is not mandatory

Responsibilities:
• Develops workflows following development standards and best-practices;
• Creates and documents test cases for negative scenarios, in order to document workflow behaviour when certain systems malfunction, as well as performance scenarios, in order to stress test systems behaviour;
• Performs iterative testing during workflow development;
• Identifies exceptions and communicates them to the Business Analyst;
• Provides assistance in the UAT activities of the newly automated workflows;
• Assists with the production deployment and provides support in solving potential issues and bugs identified during implementation phase;
• Provides assistance and bug fixing for the deployed automated process, during stabilization phase.

Repetitive tasks that don’t require judgment (e.g. copy-paste jobs, data migration) should be automated first. And the first phase of implementation should involve running a Proof of Concept or pilot to demonstrate both the usability and potential of RPA within the company. Only when productivity and efficiency benchmarks are attained should bigger projects be tackled.
