We’re looking for a self-disciplined colleague that wants to pursue a career in digital marketing (SEO)

Any prior experience in SEO is considered a plus.

We’re looking to hire an SEO or someone who’s passionate about digital marketing and is looking to get into SEO.

A year of experience in SEO would be ideal to have, but if that’s not the case and you have the right attitude, we’ll take care of you and set up with a course where you can learn the basics of SEO and we’ll go from there.

Ultimately, we want to make you responsible on a project and there’s always opportunity to grow your way up from there.

So as an SEO on our team, or future-SEO for that matter, you will be responsible for:

- Doing SEO audits for potential clients
- Doing keyword research for assigned clients
- Auditing toxic links and disavowing them
- Building content strategy within the SEO strategy that helps build topic clusters and topical authority as well
- Communicating updates to our clients and you’ll participate in the client meetings as well
- Building briefs for copywriters (we have a template for that)
- Monitoring and reporting results of our SEO efforts
- Working with our dev team to continuously improve technical SEO
- Writing and testing meta titles and descriptions
- Doing competitive analysis on the SEO side

- We want you to be able to critique your own strategies and to come up with the best approach as a result
- Be (or become) a self-didactic person.
- While we have an expert to help you at his availability, nothing can beat a person who learns a concept by herself.
- To embrace uncertainty in a creative way.
- We do love people who take things technical. Our dev team’s full of them, but we’ll need you to deal with the ambiguity that comes with SEO.
- Continuously study and learn about SEO. This domain’s always changing.
- Know or learn to use tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console, Ahrefs and Semrush

Responsibilities:

✅ Support and enhance the SDLC
Collaborate with people in different locations (including offshore), creating a blended / unified team between internal and external resources.
✅ Assess and review the technical deliverables during the design phase of a project.
✅ Create test plans and detailed test scenarios as required, review with project stakeholders for approval.
✅ Lead automation through design, build, ex*****on, and maintenance of automated test scenarios.
✅ Liaise between technical and non-technical resource team members to answer day to day business questions either directly or indirectly as supported by the Business Leads and SMEs
✅ Participate in the report out of quality assurance metrics across internal and external (vendor) teams as required on programs, projects, releases.
✅ Manage the disposition, assignment, and resolution of defects during the SDLC.
✅ Consult/Assist with resolving incidents / production support issues on behalf of the business as required.
✅ Support automation scripts for smoke test, deployments, and patching.
✅ Maintain industry knowledge of Test Automation best practices / tools and enhance Company processes as required

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business or Computer Science preferred
✅3-5 years’ experience with performance test planning and ex*****on for desktop and mobile devices
✅ 2-3 years’ experience with developing automated test suites
✅ Experience in P&C Insurance industry in a technology role preferred
✅ Experience working with system integrators and/ or in a managed service environment
✅ Experience working with development teams through the full SDLC – agile experience preferred
✅ Excellent business and technical analytical skills
✅ Strong collaboration and communication skills required
✅ Dedicated and detail oriented
✅ Experience with any continuous deployment tools preferred
✅ 2-3 years experience with Azure DevOps or other SDLC / test management tools
✅ Expert experience in Quality Assurance test practices
✅ Experience with TOSCA or other relevant test automation tools / test management tools
✅ Experience with complex system testing
✅ Business Analyst experience is considered an asset
