Yesterday, Voicu Oprean, Founder and CEO of AROBS, was named among Romania’s most admired CEOs at the CEO AWARDS 2026 Gala, organised by Business Magazin. 👏 This year’s theme was “The Multiplier Effect: Leaders who make others better.”

Voicu was included in the “100 Most Admired CEOs in Romania” ranking, based on votes from over 500 people in the local business community who see up close how a leader leads.

The idea behind this year’s gala: a good leader delivers results, but an exceptional one develops other leaders, and in the age of AI, a company’s value comes from its people.

Yesterday our founder&CEO, .oprean took the stage at to share his experience on a topic everyone’s concerned about: “How to Build Companies That Stay Relevant.”

Speaking from over 27 years of experience in leading AROBS through so many periods of uncertainty, he left us with some valuable notes.

This week (8–9 October), our colleague Cosmin Stanciu, Delivery Manager, Aerospace, is in Chișinău as part of the ROMDEF delegation - Romania's Defence Industry Employers Association - at the Moldova Security Forum, now in its third edition under the theme Strengthening Democratic Resilience in Europe and the Black Sea Region.

Starting today, Quest Global Romania becomes AROBS Tech, following its integration into the AROBS Group.

For 20+ years, the company, headquartered in Craiova, has been delivering software engineering projects for international clients. Today, ~110 specialists across Craiova and Timișoara serve clients in North America and Western Europe, from software development and testing to embedded solutions and IT consulting.

The name is new, but the team, the expertise and the quality of work stay the same, now backed by the resources of a larger technology group. 🔝

"The rebranding is the natural next step following the team's integration into the AROBS Group, making this affiliation visible. Under the AROBS Tech name, we have a team with solid software engineering expertise by our side, and we aim to create increasingly large-scale projects together for international clients," stated Voicu Oprean, Founder & CEO, AROBS.
