DORA initiatives frequently lose momentum when compliance is treated as a documentation exercise rather than a driver of operational improvement.

🎯 DORA requires more than documentation; it demands demonstrable evidence that a financial institution can absorb operational shocks, recover promptly, and provide assurance of these capabilities to regulators when required.

Meanwhile, as Deloitte reported, only 25% of entities feel compliant with ICT risk management (Pillar I), while 48% have ICT incident management protocols (Pillar II) ready for digital disruptions.

Progress remains uneven. Among the European FSIs we support, the following practices have been established:

It has been an intense weekend for all 237 youngsters and 49 mentors who participated in the Hackaton 💡 and tried to come up with a solution for one of the challenges thrown into the game by the organisers:

🎓 Your Education
🏙️ Your City
📈 Your Entrepreneurship

The competition was tight and strong . Teams came to Cluj from all over the country , not just locally, and we even heard some of them had a record of participating in 15 hackathons last year. Wow, what a drive!
