Helpdesk & Client Profiling Internship

Cluj, are you ready to kickstart your career in a fast-moving industry that blends tech, client support, and renewable energy?

We’re looking for interns who are curious, communicative, and ready to grow. This paid 6 weeks internship, starting September 15, offers hands-on experience in customer support and clients profiling. You’ll work with real clients, gather technical insights, and contribute to smarter, cleaner energy solutions.

💡 What you’ll do

- Speak directly with enrolled potential clients to assess their energy profiles (solar panels, inverters, batteries, etc.)
- Handle inbound calls triggered by app alerts and collect key technical data
- Communicate clearly, calmly, and professionally
- Work with technical teams to escalate findings and qualify customer needs
- Keep accurate records of all interactions and next steps

✅ What we’re looking for

- Strong verbal communication skills
- A calm, solution-focused attitude
- Comfortable working in English
- Availability for a 3-shift schedule (including evenings/weekends)
- Previous experience in sales is a plus
- Interest in the energy or tech space, bonus points if you know what an inverter is 😉
