"I started my journey at NTT DATA Romania in 2014 as an HR Specialist, with a focus on recruitment. Since then, my career has taken me through very different roles, from HR Manager and Head of HR to where I am today, as People Experience Manager.

𝐌𝐲 𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐡 𝐡𝐚𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐛𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐚 𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐨𝐧𝐞, and I think that is exactly what has helped me grow the most. After a four year maternity break, 𝐈 𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐚 𝐝𝐢𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐫, focused on Learning and Development, AI initiatives and building AI literacy across the company. It meant stepping into new territory, learning again and finding new ways to contribute.

Throughout these different stages, 𝐛𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐧 𝐭𝐨 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐤𝐞𝐞𝐩 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐥. So have the people I’ve worked with, the trust I’ve received and the chance to take on very different challenges and responsibilities.

Looking back, 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡 𝐡𝐚𝐬 𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐫𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐦𝐲𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟 𝐚𝐭 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐠𝐞. Sometimes growth comes from taking on more responsibility, sometimes from making room for a pause, and sometimes from being curious enough to start learning something entirely new.

În funcție de context, un coach ar putea întreba:

- Ce este cu adevărat important pentru tine în această situație?
- Ce ai vrea să obții din această conversație?
- Ce altă perspectivă ai putea explora?
- Ce resurse ai deja la dispoziție?
- Care ar putea fi primul pas potrivit pentru tine?

Întrebările puternice nu oferă soluții de-a gata și nu conduc către un răspuns prestabilit. Ele creează spațiu pentru claritate, conștientizare și alegeri asumate.

"When I joined NTT DATA Romania, I was looking for a place where I could keep learning, strengthen my technical skills, and work alongside experienced colleagues.

One of the things that stood out from my very first weeks was 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐰𝐚𝐬. I quickly realized that asking questions was encouraged, and there was always someone 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰𝐥𝐞𝐝𝐠𝐞 𝐨𝐫 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫 𝐠𝐮𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞.
That made adapting to a new environment much easier.

Over the past months, I’ve had the opportunity to work with new technologies and processes while 𝐠𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚 𝐛𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐟 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐬 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐭𝐨𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 in a complex professional environment. Along the way, I’ve grown not only from a technical perspective, but also in how I approach new challenges and responsibilities.

"I started my journey at NTT DATA Romania as a System Test Engineer, working for a client project in the automotive area.

Over time, I took on new responsibilities and moved into roles such as System Test Manager and later Overall Test Manager within the same project. Today, I work as a Team Manager for part of the Embedded team and as a Project Manager on an application project.

Looking back, what helped me grow the most was 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐈 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬. Being involved in activities like preparing quotations for new projects and contributing to their setup gave me a broader perspective and helped me develop beyond my initial role.

For me, 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡 𝐡𝐚𝐬 𝐚𝐥𝐰𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐛𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐨𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 I had and the 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐦𝐲 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐳𝐨𝐧𝐞.

🔵Blue is everywhere. Sometimes you just need to frame it.

“This photograph was taken at Muhaka I.C. Primary School in Kenya, a school I support through my NGO. It captures the school’s veranda, where two girls are preparing the walls for painting, alongside the open doors leading into the classrooms.

Education is often seen as one of the few ways to break the cycle of poverty in Kenya. Yet many children and their families still struggle to attend school every day. Although access to education is recognized as a fundamental human right, the reality is often different, leaving many children around the world only dreaming of the opportunity to go to school.”
