Our motto is "Software Simplified". Some projects refuse to cooperate.

Simple is always what we aim for. But when a product is genuinely complicated, simplifying it means thinking about the problem differently, not shipping less of it.

We are open to most things people bring us. What we want to build is software that does something useful for the people using it.

"Five years with the same client. Basically my whole career."

Andrei is a software consultant here. Some days are meetings from morning to evening. Other days he writes code and designs architecture for a product nobody has built before.

The project he is proudest of is a roofing platform for an American client. Five years on the same product, and he can point to the decisions that took it to a standard it didn't have when he started.

Most agencies rotate people off a project every six months. We don't.

Koen hired us from the Netherlands. Then he moved to Romania to sit in our office.

He is the product manager for a Dutch startup building a tutoring platform in the Netherlands and Germany. Four years working with our developers.

What he says about them: they don't only build the feature on the ticket. They ask what that feature does to the platform a year from now. So when he asks for something new today, it is easy to add, because of how things were built two years ago.

He also says we are terrible at FIFA. Both parts are on camera and only the second one is a lie.
