At we work in distributed teams, on different projects, with clients across the ocean. Some days we see each other more on Teams than in real life.

So on Saturation, we met in the forest, at the start line of Făget Tour, 7km cros, organized by Runners Club . Our first trail run as a team 🫱🏼‍🫲🏽

We ran side by side, waited for each other and crossed the finish line with big smiles 🏃🏃🏽‍♀️

Definitely not our last 💪🏽

Back to school, with a little extra joy!

This year, we wanted to help make the start of the school year a little brighter for some children.

Together, we prepared 30 backpacks filled with school supplies and clothes, making sure each one was ready for a fresh start and a new school year.

We are happy to know that these small gestures can bring a little more joy, confidence and excitement to a child’s first day of school. 🥰

A big thank you to LIA RUSU for helping us deliver the backpacks and, most importantly, for helping us put a smile on 30 little faces. 🤗

August means it’s time to give the team the summer celebration they deserve! ☀️🥂

What better way to celebrate than an afternoon outdoors on a sunny afternoon, surrounded by good food and drinks, great music, and even better company?

We switched off from work, danced a little, enjoyed some well-earned time together, and made the most of the summer vibes.

Events like these are a great reminder that our people are what make such a special place. 💙

This weekend, a small Reshape Digital team joined , organized by .rotechstartups and .hub.

The team picked ’s challenge: build an AI-powered festival guide that goes beyond the lineup, surfacing hidden gems, unique experiences, and personalized recommendations for everything the festival has to offer.

48 hours. AI coding tools running hot the entire weekend. The result: a fully-functioning prototype powered by multi source RAG architecture and vector database semantic search. Architected to scale to 100k daily users, with AI inference costs kept low through retrieval-first design.

Last Sunday, 9 of our brave colleagues embarked on an journey through the stunning 9 km Scărița-Belioara circuit.

With a medium difficulty level, the hike offered the right balance of challenge and reward, breathtaking views, plenty of laughter, and, of course, a few well-deserved “pause now?” moments along the way.

Together, we stepped out of our daily routines, pushed our limits, and created meaningful memories as a team.

Hopefully, this was just the beginning, and many more adventures will follow.

Our team just got back from Hannover Messe.

In most conversations, one thing kept coming up: companies already have systems that work and the data in place.

The hard part is turning that into something useful for everyday decisions.

That’s where most discussions went:
how to build on what’s already there and make data truly usable.

From predictive maintenance and anomaly detection to better planning, smarter inventory, or just making internal knowledge easier to access.

Nothing overly fancy, but this is where things start to make a real difference.

Overall, a really good week.

The first two days of the fair have been a success.
Great conversations, plenty of new connections, and many interesting technical discussions.

We’ll be at until Friday morning, so our colleagues are looking forward to welcoming you at our stand: Hall 26, Stand F92 (Romanian Pavilion).

Last autumn, we set ourselves a simple goal: to take part in a 6 km cross and started preparing for it.

That’s how it all began and six months later, we motivated each other to take part in the .napoca.marathon .

Some of our colleagues stepped up to 10 km, while others went even further, completing 21 km.

No matter the distance, every achievement deserves recognition. Because behind every kilometer there’s hard work, dedication, and, most importantly, consistency.

Congratulations to everyone involved, we’re proud of you! 👏
