At Softia, we believe in Boundless Development. We're not just a software company but your strategic partner for limitless growth and innovation.

We are an enthusiastic software development team specialised in PHP, Javascript, Java, Kotlin, Swift, Python, .NET Core or Docker. We use frameworks like Laravel, Symfony, Django and Spring on the backend and develop our interfaces using Kotlin or Swift for mobile and VueJS, ReactJS, Angular or StencilJS for our browser users. For our 10th anniversary, today’s team and the people who helped shape Softia’s story came together to mark the milestone. We spent one evening on tech talks and the next one celebrating, side by side.

Our industry runs at high speed. New tools every month, tight deadlines, constant context switching and the unspoken pressure to always be "on".
However, the best code isn't written by exhausted individuals. It's written by people who have the space to think clearly, ask for help and unplug when the day is done.

Since this summer, 𝗦𝗼𝗳𝘁𝗶𝗮 𝗩𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 has brought you the people behind our first decade: stories of trust, versatility, mentorship, smart hiring, empowerment, and belonging. On our 10th birthday, we close the series with the voice that started all.

Meet 𝗠𝗶𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗹 𝗩𝗹𝗮𝗱 (𝗠𝗶𝘀𝗵𝘂), CEO and founder of Softia.

What began as a small team with a few clients has grown into something on an entirely different level. What stayed the same is the honest intention to do things right for our people, our clients, and the business.
In his words, we're builders who figure it out, and adaptability is what will define our next years.
Every colleague in this series has been living proof of that. Different roles, different paths, the same way of working: curiosity, ownership, and pragmatism.
