Yesterday, we had the pleasure of welcoming the 4Service Romania team to the Mediatel DATA office for a meeting filled with authentic conversations, good energy, shared perspectives on customer experience, and, of course, some great coffee ☕.

💙 It was also a chance to share our passion for building solutions that improve customer journeys and help companies make every interaction more meaningful.

We always enjoy meeting people who see not just as a process but as a space where , hashtag , and real conversations can create value together.

Customer experience is often discussed in broad terms. But in contact centers, it is shaped every day by very concrete operational signals: how fast customers reach support, how clearly issues are resolved, how much effort is required, and how consistently service is delivered.

Technology matters. But people matter first.

Ne bucurăm tare mult să vedem Mediatel DATA în seria "Beneficii Istețe" de la Hacking Work.

Articolul surprinde exact ce ne dorim să construim zi de zi: un loc în care tehnologia, ritmul alert și proiectele merg mână în mână cu grija reală pentru oameni. Iar da, multe dintre aceste lucruri poartă amprenta CEO-ului nostru, Dan Mazilu, care a construit compania aproape de echipă.

Suntem recunoscători pentru articol și pentru felul în care a surprins spiritul Mediatel Data: tehnologie cu sens, dar și oameni faini în spatele ei.

Mulțumim, Hacking Work, pentru această poveste despre cultura noastră.

Șefu' face cinste cu masa. Și nu ca gest ocazional, ci ca rutină: prânz gătit, complet, pentru echipă, în fiecare zi. Ocazii pentru a ne așeza la masă împreună și de-a ne lua pauzele fără vinovăție. Cum sună asta?

Mediatel DATA ne-au completat chestionarul Beneficii Istețe și ne-au arătat cm arată grija când e pusă în obiceiuri: comunitate, pauze reale, puzzle-uri care te scot 5 minute din zona de stres. Și surpriza e că din pauzele astea ies uneori chiar cele mai valoroase soluții pentru proiecte.

Am pus totul în studiu de caz: ce au construit, cm se simte în ritmul echipelor și de ce e ușor de replicat.
