🙌 Today in the spotlight: Ion Toma, one of our 𝗱𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗡𝗼𝘄 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀 at Devhd.

With a background in Finance and Banking, Ion reinvented his professional path and moved into software development through persistence, self-directed learning and the confidence to take on a new direction.

💫 𝗛𝗶𝘀 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿-𝗡𝗢𝗪-𝗣𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝘀? 𝗖𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗮𝗱𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 and 𝗱𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. Known for his analytical mindset and attention to detail, Ion likes to understand how things work and find the right solution.

Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, going to the gym, exploring AI and new technologies, listening to music and spending time with friends.

It's been great to see the story of Devhd's first decade featured by Ziarul Financiar and covered by several leading Romanian business and technology publications.

🙌 Let's shine the spotlight on Maria Stroe, our HR Assistant at Devhd.

💫 𝗛𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿-𝗣𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝘀? 𝗗𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗮𝗱𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝘁𝘆. These qualities help her approach new challenges with confidence while staying true to herself and continuously learning along the way.

📚 Alongside her role at Devhd, she's also pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources Management while continuing to build her professional journey.

From 2 people to a team of 22.

From a bold idea at Knowledge16 to a 𝗽𝘂𝗿𝗲-𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘆 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗡𝗼𝘄 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿.

It’s been a journey shaped by growth, challenges and a lot of learning along the way.

Last week, we took a few days to celebrate it the Devhd way.

It was a good reminder of what we’ve built over the years, not just as a company, but as a team. The hike, the challenges, the games, the long conversations, the laughter: all of it pointed to something simple and important: what keeps a team together isn’t only the work. It’s trust, shared experiences, and the kind of connection you build over time.

But bringing it there required more than integration.
