Celebrating progress and embracing the future at our 2026 Townhall events!
This October, colleagues came together in Timișoara and Bucharest to reflect on how far we've come, celebrate our achievements, and look ahead to the opportunities shaping DTSE Romania's future.
Madalin Popescu, our Managing Director, reflected on our journey since 2013, highlighting recent business performance. He presented our expanding AI Services portfolio, emphasizing that AI transformation succeeds when technology and business evolve together.
Martina Welslau, our HR & Finance Director, offered insights into our workforce, company culture, and initiatives around volunteering, CSR, and DE&I, highlighting the encouraging 96% participation rate in our employee engagement survey.
Adrian Vasile, Head of International Business, brought our T-style culture to life through an interactive quiz, adding a touch of friendly competition to the afternoon.
Alexandra Livia Nicola, Head of Technology Management, shared the department's evolution from traditional Excel reports to AI-driven dashboards, highlighting the importance of continuous investment in people, processes, and tools.
The events concluded with an open Q&A session and our Evening Out Awards, recognizing colleagues for their outstanding contributions and dedication.
A recurring message throughout both events was the importance of embracing change, developing new skills, and staying open to opportunities. As technology continues to evolve, our willingness to learn and adapt will be just as important as the innovations themselves.
