We're hiring an HR Admin & Payroll Specialist!

As an HR Admin & Payroll Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing the end-to-end payroll process while supporting the full employee lifecycle through HR administration. You'll work closely with Finance, Accounting, and management to ensure payroll is processed accurately, employee records are maintained in compliance with Romanian legislation, and all HR documentation is handled efficiently.
The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of payroll experience, a strong understanding of Romanian labour legislation, payroll taxation, and REGES, and is confident managing complex payroll processes independently. You're highly organized, analytical, discreet, and comfortable working with multiple legal entities while meeting strict monthly deadlines.
In this role, you'll administer payroll, prepare employment documentation, support onboarding and offboarding activities, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver an excellent employee experience.
