🍂 Autumn Vibes at the Office! 🍏

Our offices in Bucharest, Iași, Timișoara, and Sibiu came alive this week with the delicious aroma of homemade pies! 🥧

A huge thank you to all our colleagues who shared their culinary talents – and to everyone who generously “tested” the results 😋.

We also had some fun surprises: one adventurous colleague brought an experimental pie with pumpkin and hot red pepper jam – a true taste adventure! 🌶️🎃

It was a wonderful reminder that the best office moments happen when we share, laugh, and enjoy together.

Here’s to more fun events, more laughs, and more ways to connect as a team! 🌟

🎉 Congratulations to the students from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering for successfully completing the internship program Integrated Electrical Systems in Vehicles at ALTEN Romania!

Throughout this program, they demonstrated dedication, curiosity, and perseverance 💡 while exploring innovative technologies and methodologies in the automotive field. ALTEN Romania was proud to have them as part of the team during this journey.

📌 The internship program was coordinated by Tirca, Engineering Competence Manager, whose guidance and commitment played a key role in ensuring the success of this initiative.

🌟 This experience represents an important step in both their professional and personal development, inspiring them to continue building their careers in engineering.

👏 Special thanks go to the mentors and colleagues who provided guidance and support, as well as to the Facultatea de Inginerie Electrică, POLITEHNICA București and academic partners for their valuable collaboration.

🎒✨ Echipează un copil pentru școală – împreună pentru un nou început ✨🎒

Azi sărbătorim Ziua Internațională a Actelor de Caritate (5 septembrie), o zi care ne amintește cât de mult contează solidaritatea și bunătatea dintre oameni. 💙

În acest context, am derulat campania „Echipează un copil pentru școală”, în colaborare cu Asociația MGM. Cu sprijinul colegilor noștri, am reușit să pregătim și să oferim ghiozdane complet echipate copiilor din medii defavorizate. 📚✏️

Această inițiativă arată că împreună putem aduce nu doar rechizite, ci și speranță, încredere și șansa unui început mai bun.

🙏 Mulțumim tuturor colegilor pentru implicare și Asociației MGM pentru parteneriatul valoros.
