I am looking for our new Recruitment Associates, to come to put their innovation and ideas to sustain the growth of our company and of our recruitment experts team. If you want to join a fun team and develop yourself as a true intrapreneur.

What will you do?

You will be managing end-to-end recruitment processes from defining job specifications, drafting job ads, sourcing and screening resumes to conducting interviews (face-to-face or by phone).
You will take part in defining and implementing recruitment strategies with our Business Managers.
You will prepare and present candidates' evaluation reports and develop business partnerships with our numerous clients in Romania and abroad, promoting the TMC brand and unique Employeneurship model.

You have:

Experience in IT recruitment- at least 1 year
An academic background in psychology, human resources, business management or a related field.
A first full-cycle recruiting experience.
Verbal and oral fluency in English (additional knowledge of Romania, French or German would be a plus).
European Citizenship mandatory
Strong communication, organization and persuasion skills.
You are able to prioritize efficiently and autonomously.
Some knowledge about the IT industry would be an advantage.

Functions & Responsibilities: Junior HR Admin
· Preparation and registration HR Documents process
· Evidence of employees’ files
· Documentation registration
· Preparation of the time sheet according to the requests and different needs
· Technical drafting of various documents according to the manager request
· Providing support in recruitment processes (preparation of employment announcement, publication of announcement, sourcing)

· Departament: after sales, logistica pentru piesele de schimb (furnizori si garaje auto, reprezentante auto, concesionari…)

· Locatia : OARJA (100 km de Bucuresti, 20 km de Pitesti), insa se lucreaza 100% WFH

· Profil:

o Excel mediu – spre avansat

o Reporting – analize baze de date cu piese, incrucisare date in excel si sinteze / rapoarte

o FR la nivel conversational

o Activitatea este 100% coordonata de Franta

o Cunostinte logistice – de baza, auto de preferat, dar nu este obligatoriu

o Experiente in lucru cu baze de date sau excel destul de mult

o Puteti incerca si studenti, ce au facut poli / ase, si care sunt pasionati de cifre

· Responsabilitati :

o Extragere date din sisteme informatice, analize si pe baza acestora, sa anime furnizorii si sa gaseasca solutii

o In prezent exista probleme pentru semiconductori, motiv pentru care furnizorii au dificultati sa produca la timp piesele de schimb

Key responsibilities:
Provide daily operational support to Partners on Channel Data Management Processes.
Provide training and information on Operations processes and tools to Partners as needed.
Provide guidelines for process ex*****on and follow up with Partners and other stakeholders on process ex*****on
Conduct regular operational reviews with Partners
Deliver reporting documentations to Partners and other stakeholders
Act as first point of escalation for partners and internal stakeholders
Ensure compliance and process guidelines are followed by Partners and other stakeholders
Escalate issues on time and to the correct owner
Manage the claim process. Ensure resolution of all channel financial claims.
Provide continuous visibility of the claims backlog situation to partners and stakeholders, in collaboration with the Country Suppliers.
Be first entry point for the Partners regarding claims/disputes
Work with Partners on a regular reconciliation process
Manage exceptions
