This week we had a lot of excitement going on at the office. 🎉

Fun and exercise blended together in our 𝐒𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐧: 𝐏𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐓𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭! 🏓✨

We had two days of amazing matches, filled with adrenaline and lots of fun. 🙌 It was a roller coaster of emotions, but who doesn't love a little competition, after all? 😎

A big round of applause for all the colleagues who participated in the competition and for those who helped us organize it. 👏

Meet the people of Sparktech 💥

Our talented colleague, Cristina Păunescu, is a Project Manager and Scrum Master with over 7 years of experience in Change Management, Business Projects, Market Research, and Antivirus Software. 🚀

She joined the Sparktech team almost 2 years ago and dived straight into our blockchain projects. ⛓️

Today is World Mental Health Day and we'd like to take a moment to raise awareness and talk about the challenges that everyone can find themselves facing at some point or another in their lives. 💚🎗

At Sparktech, we work to remove the stigma that lingers around mental health and encourage people to talk about it. We do our best to listen and to help. 💬 🤝

📍 First of all, because we deeply value our people and their wellbeing. 😊
📍 Secondly, because we understand that stigma ultimately leads to an unhealthy work environment. 😞

Last year, during the height of the pandemic, we made these cards to remind everyone to take a moment for themselves, breathe, and do some self-reflection. ⏸️ 💗

This year, we'd like to put the same reminder forward, knowing that mental distress is not limited to emergencies or large-scale catastrophes. Sometimes it's quiet and may go unheard, especially if people are afraid to open up. 💭 😞

We believe that empathy is an important step forward, so we encourage all of you reading this post to reach out to someone who might need your support and tell them they are not alone in their struggles. ✨
