A great afternoon at Fairmont Doha, bringing together technology leaders for an open conversation around AI, observability and the future of digital experiences. Hosted by Mannai and Datadog, the Executive Roundtable was all about sharing ideas, experiences and practical ways to make digital environments more reliable and resilient.
Hosted jointly by Mannai and Datadog, the roundtable focused on practical approaches to observability, AI-driven operations, cloud optimization, and cybersecurity. What made the session valuable was the open exchange of experiences, challenges, and lessons learned from real-world digital transformation initiatives.
At the end of the session, the customer gained insights into:

Everyone at LEAP was talking about AI models. Almost no one is talking about the reason most AI projects stall, the process layer underneath them.
Nintex surveyed over 500 Regional organizations and found something worth sitting with: majority of IT leaders say automation has to come first before AI can deliver real value. That matches what we see with customers every day. The model is rarely the problem. The broken, undocumented, half-manual process is.
So we've signed a MoU with Nintex, and what drew us to them is specific. Nintex Automation K2 runs on-premises, keeping data inside the customer's own infrastructure and jurisdiction, aligned with NCA and SDAIA requirements. Organizations can choose the AI model behind each process, including HUMAIN's Arabic-first ALLaM, or run fully private. No hyperscaler lock-in. For regulated sectors in the Kingdom, that combination of control and AI-readiness is hard to find elsewhere.
