About the Company:
Bubble Surprise, distributor of the Powerfront INSIDE software, is seeking a dynamic professional to lead commercial expansion and client management. This is an opportunity to directly contribute to the growth of an innovative solution in the global market.
Role Objective:
Develop sales strategies, expand the client base, manage and retain existing clients, and act as the first line of support.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement commercial strategies to boost sales of the INSIDE software.
Identify and target new markets and business opportunities.
Manage the client portfolio, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
Provide initial support to clients for troubleshooting and inquiries.
Represent the company in external meetings and events, including trade shows.
Create reports and analyses to monitor sales performance and identify improvements.
Desired Profile:
Essential Skills: Negotiation, CRM, market analysis, communication.
Experience: Not mandatory but advantageous.
Behavioral Traits: Proactivity, organization, work capacity, and resilience.
Work Conditions:
Location: Preferably on-site, with the possibility of a hybrid regime.
Development: Initially an individual role, with potential to lead a team.
