Rui Carvalho has been with Cleva for 12 years. Today he is part of the Non-Life Support team, where the main goal is to ensure high-quality, fast and effective responses to clients.
Looking back on his journey, Rui values Cleva's strong internal organisation, the continuous investment in training, and the care put into welcoming and integrating new colleagues. For him, these are the foundations that keep the company ready for whatever the market brings next.
