Last week our CEO, Duarte Gomes, joined the Executive Pitches at the CEO Meeting "O QUE F**A", organised by Rede do Empresário at Casa das Histórias Paula Rego, in Cascais. 📍

The topic was "Technology, AI and Competitiveness: from intelligence to ex*****on".

Proud to have our CEO representing JTA in this conversation.

Thank you to everyone who joined us. 🚀

Last Friday, the office had two very special guests. 🐶

We welcomed Ânimas, an association that trains assistance dogs for people with disabilities, and they brought Heartie and Jasmim along with them. Between belly rubs and a lot of tail wagging, we learned how much work, patience and love goes into preparing a dog to change someone's life. 💙

To celebrate World Animal Day on October 4th, we also collected food and other essential goods for an animal association and left some of their flyers at the office. 🐾

Thank you, Associação Ânimas, for sharing your work with us. And thank you Heartie and Jasmim for making our Friday unforgettable.
😍

Our project End-to-End Lead Intell & Sales Enablement received the Frontier in Data & AI award in the Data Engineering & AI Infrastructure category.

This award belongs to the whole JTA team, who put so much work, curiosity and talent into this project.

A big thank you to DSPA - Data Science & Artificial Intelligence Portuguese Association, GoingNext and Glintt Global for this initiative, and to the jury for the recognition.

Congratulations to all the winners and finalists. 👏🏼

Last week, our CEO Duarte Gomes, CRO Rab Bruce-Lockhart, and COO Brian Carneiro hit the road to Redmond to spend some invaluable time with our clients in person. 🇺🇸

There is no substitute for being in the same room, and we came home with a long list of ideas and even more excitement about what we're building together in the year ahead.

Highlights included an excellent dinner with the SMB&C team, as well as some great time with the Elevate team.

A special mention also goes to a celebration dinner with the new GM, Monique, with the added pleasure of having Ina join us too.

We've missed many other excellent partners this time around, but we'll come soon. 🔜

Thank you to our clients and partners for the innovation and support. We can't wait to show you what comes next 🙂

A lead, company, or client can end up saved under several different names. 🔍

Typos, abbreviations, small changes over the years, and suddenly your data doesn't know it's the same one. 🔀

We clean it all up, so each one shows up as a single, consistent record. ✅

Day two of the JTA 2026 Offsite in Alentejo! ⬇️

The morning started with a visit to a local farm and some yoga to ease into the day. 🧘

In the afternoon, more farm wandering and a volleyball tournament that brought out everyone's competitive side. 🏐

A bit of relaxation to wind down, and just like that, it was time to head back to Porto. 🚌

Until the next adventure! 🔜
