Post-event platforms are a treasure for busy attendees 🤩 They aggregate and organise the recordings and content post-event, while still giving the organisation the power to control who watched what.

In this case study for the European Orthodontic Society Annual Congress - organised by TFI Lodestar - the platform, attendees could:
🔍 Browse organised recordings, searchable and organised by day, type, duration
▶️ Make a playlist of video recordings to binge watch
👀 Browse and search E-Posters, their abstracts and author information
📃 Request attendance certificates based on their watched minutes for each recording with CPD points
📱 View recordings also on the mobile app

For the organisation:
✅ Attendees could only enter the platform if they purchased a ticket that allowed access to recordings
📊 Detailed Metrics of what recordings are being most watched
🚀 Certificates sent by e-mail to attendees, with full visibility of who requested them

👉 An interactive programme module that can be linked from your website, without compromising all the features and flexibility you would get from an event .

Especially useful for with several parallel rooms and multiple days, this module allows to filter and search session and their details. You can also have a timeline view to show the whole programme at a glance. 👀

You can now give Exhibitors a private area where they can:
👉 Upload content to their exhibitor page
👉 Create and manage App access for their staff
👉 View metrics of their exhibitor in real time
👉 Export scanned contacts

A huge step in letting stakeholders co-create the content for your event, while giving you full control and oversight. This module was debuted in 5 events over the course of the first 2 months, and the feedback is amazing.

This year, the broadcast of the WINFOCUS World Congress happened from our very own Shake It studio. Here are some of the highlights for this project:
👉 140+ speakers, entering direcly via the platform (no separate zoom link)
👉 A Share Wall was integrated in the platform to showcase workshops happening around the world
👉 Certificates were requested from the platform and received in PDF via e-mail, based on each delegate's attendance
👉 Helpdesk chat available throughout the Congress with FAQs and human real-time help
👉 A personalized branded lobby with clickable hotspots
👉 Timezone features to help attendees all around the world be in sync with the agenda

Slowly but surely, our AV team is taking on bigger virtual projects.

A huge thank you to everyone who believed in this project and took this leap of faith with us. We are also deeply grateful for the support and expertise that helped bring this vision to life!

It was just a matter of time 🤷‍♂️

For years, clients have asked us for an e-Posters solutions for touch monitors with the kind of quality implementation we use in our Apps. And we finally caved 😄

Here are some highlights of our first iteration of this solution:
