Paper-free processes
Papersoft is a 15-year-old company that, from the outset, has declared a war on paper. We offer document management solutions (PaperSoft®) and services that aim at getting the paper out of our client’s processes, making them more efficient, agile and safe, while enriching, preserving and organizing our client’s information assets. Over the years, Papersoft has fought for a Paperfree and Paperless workplace, by transforming processes and providing customer fit solutions and services for several industries, such as Banking, Telcos, Retail, and Insurance. Our portfolio goes from the start of the process, with Mobile Capture, Distributed Capture, Electronic Signatures, Automated Data Extraction, to the end, with Records Management (Physical and Electronic), and also includes Digital Mailroom and Electronic Case Management. Whilst our focus is on efficiency, simplicity and automation, we also know that most of our customers live in highly regulated industries, with strict compliance rules. Our solutions, therefore, have embedded controls, standards and automation, to ensure compliance (process wise). Our compromise with security and data protection is also well proven by the fact that we are certified in the ISO/IEC 27001:2013 norm, as well as accredited to treat sensitive information classified as Secret according to the OTAN standards. We have more than 200 workers worldwide (with a large AIIM ECMp certified experts staff), with established offices in Portugal, UK, Romania, Mozambique and Democratic Republic of Congo, where you will certainly be able to reach one of our consultants.
