Team Art Gallery emerges as the artistic and cultural extension of Team Collection — a space where art becomes a defining element within the TEAM ecosystem. While maintaining the brand’s cohesive visual identity, it expands TEAM into new creative territories, reinforcing its aspirational character without losing unity or strategic clarity.

The visual system is dynamic and modular, designed for flexibility and consistency. Built on fluid grids, it adapts seamlessly across digital and printed formats, enabling agile communication while preserving strong recognition and visual coherence.

TEAM Gallery’s identity acts as a neutral stage where art takes the lead. The use of black and white ensures that communication never competes with the artists’ work but enhances it. Despite this restraint, the brand maintains a distinctive personality aligned with the TEAM visual code — allowing it to integrate naturally into diverse exhibition and communication contexts while retaining clarity and sophistication.

Movement brings an additional layer of depth to the identity. Subtle animations, fluid rhythms and elegant transitions strengthen the brand’s digital presence, creating an engaging visual language that complements — rather than overshadows — the art it represents.

TEAM’s rebranding was driven by the ambition to consolidate its ecosystem into a clearer, more cohesive and aspirational brand. Through a new brand architecture, naming system and visual identity, the project strengthens recognition across all areas of activity while positioning TEAM with a strong, emotionally driven identity within a shared REMAX ecosystem. Designed to coexist harmoniously without dilution, the brand gains its own voice, authority and autonomy, capable of standing independently while remaining strategically aligned.

The visual identity emerges from a carefully crafted typographic approach, balancing simplicity, sophistication, modernity and timelessness. Subtle custom details — including the “t” form inspired by the number “1” — reinforce leadership and differentiation, embodying the brand’s positioning as “Acima da Média” (Above Average). More than a tagline “Acima da Média”, it acts as a cultural mantra, expressing ambition, excellence and distinction.

The parent brand’s red conveys energy and leadership, while sub-brands adopt complementary tones that ensure visual coherence and thematic clarity. A simple and modular architecture allows the ecosystem to evolve naturally — supporting new sub-brands, new areas and future formats — with each extension emerging as a logical and visual continuation of the TEAM universe.

The result is an “Above Average” rebranding — a distinctive and autonomous identity within a highly standardised landscape of REMAX agency groups, positioning TEAM as a strong, strategic and future-ready brand in a competitive and constantly evolving sector.

The symbol reinterprets the heart shape by subtly forming the letters d and p, representing “Dating” and “Psychologist,” while also evoking dialogue through its resemblance to two speech bubbles — a visual metaphor for communication and connection. This balance between two distinct elements symbolizes interaction and unity. By avoiding a literal heart, the brand achieves originality while maintaining a unique and recognizable identity.

The logotype ensures a strong and distinctive presence, while the tagline “Improving Together” reinforces the mission of fostering meaningful and lasting relationships.
