The Role
�The Customer Service Administrator is the primary point of contact for clients and partners, responsible for managing enquiries, scheduling work, and supporting the smooth operation of the business. This is an office-based role focused on communication, coordination, and customer satisfaction rather than technical delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle incoming calls, emails, and service requests in English and Portuguese
* Log, track, and prioritise client enquiries and support requests
* Schedule installations, service visits, and maintenance appointments
* Communicate clearly with clients regarding timelines, updates, and next steps
* Coordinate with operations and technical teams to ensure accurate information flow
* Maintain client records, job notes, and basic documentation
* Support invoicing, service follow-ups, and general administrative tasks
* Ensure a professional and consistent customer experience at all times
Requirements
* Previous experience in customer service, administration, or office support
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* High level of organisation and attention to detail
* Confident using email, calendars, and basic office software
* Calm, professional manner when handling client queries or issues
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
* Fluent English and Portuguese (spoken and written)
