Job Title: Operations Supervisor – Smart Home Integration (Small Team)

The Role
The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, coordinating technicians, and ensuring projects run smoothly from planning through to completion. This role works closely with the business owner and serves as the central point of coordination between technicians, suppliers, and clients.
This position is operational and supervisory in nature and does not involve carrying out installation or technical field work.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, schedule, and coordinate work for a small team of technicians
* Monitor job progress and ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
* Act as the primary point of contact for operational queries and escalations
* Coordinate materials, deliveries, and supplier relationships
* Maintain oversight of tools, vehicles, stock, and operational resources
* Ensure company processes and procedures are followed
* Track workloads, priorities, and capacity to support efficient planning
* Support onboarding and ongoing development of technicians
* Assist with continuous improvement of operational systems and workflows
Requirements
* Experience in an operations, coordination, or supervisory role
* Background in smart home, AV, IT, electrical, or low-voltage industries
* Strong organisational and planning skills
* Clear and professional communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities simultaneously
* Calm, structured approach to problem-solving
* Valid driving licence
* Fluent English required; Portuguese is an advantage
