We're growing in North America, and we've found the right partner to do it with.

We've teamed up with Intellevate Solutions to bring Infosistema's AI-enabled automation products to mid-market companies across the region.

Great software only pays off when it's actually running inside a business, connected to the systems people already use and built into how they work every day. Três dias no Stand 1 a conhecer estudantes do Técnico que são exatamente o tipo de Joyn Labbers que procuramos.

Highlights:
→ A ideia que ficou da apresentação do Alexandre: a mestria deixa de ser dominar linguagens — passa a ser dominar princípios (e atitude).
→ 30 estudantes a sair do workshop do Eduardo com uma AI app em produção — URL na mão, em 90 minutos.
→ Falámos com muita gente à procura de estágio de verão ou de primeiro emprego pós-tese. Vamos olhar para cada perfil e dar notícias.

Esta manhã na SINFO 33, Alexandre do Monte Lee subiu ao palco para falar sobre o paradigma de engenharia reescrito pelos agentes de AI. 🎤

Ficou uma ideia no ar: antes, um engenheiro escrevia ~250 linhas de código por dia. Hoje, com agentes AI especializados, escreve ~7.000. Não é +28% de produtividade — é +28x.

Mas o ponto mais forte não foi o número. Foi este: a mestria do engenheiro deixa de ser dominar linguagens — passa a ser dominar princípios. Arquitetura, design, integração, segurança, deployment.

E, acima de tudo, atitude. Curiosidade, autonomia e espírito de equipa.
