Funded in 1996, the company had its origin in a group of researchers linked to "Faculdade de Ciências e Tecnologia/Universidade Nova de Lisboa", to which the company maintains a high level of cooperation in knowledge transfer and participation in RTD projects. With facilities in Aveiro, Almada, Dubai and representation in Angola, Holos's mission is to contribute to the technological development of
organizations, providing innovative products and services to improve access to information, support decisions and generate knowledge. Focusing on sectors such as banking and finance, energy and public administration, Holos diverse offering includes:
- Google Business Solutions complemented with services that include data migration, change management, training and support;
- Enterprise Risk Management Systems;
- Data Exploitation (data warehouses and data mining) and Business Intelligence (BI) based on SAS technology. Holos implements sophisticated solutions for critical business areas, focusing on cloud based solutions and SaaS - Software as a Service.
