Solarshop has been active in the renewable energy sector since 2011, establishing itself as a competitive company focused on delivering high-quality products and reliable solutions for the photovoltaic market.

They chose Beevo to develop a new B2B and B2E e-commerce platform. The solution ensures a seamless experience across all channels, with advanced features such as real-time stock management, intelligent checkout, product comparison, saved carts, and a vendor portal that provides a 360º view of customers and daily operations.

The product page integrates real-time stock availability by warehouse, providing an immediate overview of product availability and allowing customers to plan collection from the most convenient location.

A kit functionality was integrated to clearly and structurally present all items included in the offer. Through this approach, customers can quickly understand the composition of the bundle, eliminating any doubts about what they are actually purchasing.

The optional accessories section on the product page was designed to facilitate purchase customization according to each customer’s needs. When an extra item is selected, it is immediately linked to the main product in the cart, ensuring that the additional cost is transparently reflected in the total price.

The platform is fully integrated with Cegid PHC, ensuring centralized and efficient management of products, stock, pricing, orders, and customers. It enables real-time synchronization between the management system and the online store, ensuring that all information remains consistently updated across all sales channels.

The integration with Mailchimp enables automated and personalized communication strategies, with features such as automated email flows, newsletter management, and abandoned cart recovery. This solution helps increase customer engagement, online conversion rates, and retention.

Obras360 brings over 45 years of experience in the construction, environmental, energy, water, and engineering sectors. The brand offers a wide range of products for residential construction and renovation, operating consistently in the B2C, B2B and B2E market.

The e-commerce portal was developed to offer a modern, seamless, and fully user-centric shopping experience. The online store combines performance, usability, and security, allowing customers to browse dynamically, quickly, and conveniently on any device.

The product page, designed for both individual and professional customers, provides advanced information and tools to support decision-making and speed up the buying process.
It includes clear quantity-based discounts, unit and m² conversion tools, real-time store availability for efficient Click & Collect, easy access to technical documentation, suggested complementary products, and guidance to help customers choose the most suitable product specification for their needs.

The B2B cart manager allows sellers to maintain a closer and more proactive relationship with each customer. It enables the creation of carts or proposals on behalf of the customer, with the option to send an instant notification or share them as a PDF. Carts can be saved for future use, making it easier to repeat regular purchases.

The reviews page allows customers to share their shopping experience. They can rate their experience and write their opinion, providing simple and direct feedback.

The integration with Cegid Primavera ERP is a key component of the Obras360 project, ensuring seamless synchronization between the e-commerce platform and core business operations. This integration enables real-time management of products, pricing, campaigns, stock, and orders, maintaining consistency across all channels. The complete integration of order data, status, and invoicing, along with track and trace features, offers increased visibility and control over the whole purchasing process.

Espaço Mamãs is a space dedicated to motherhood, babies, and family well-being. It offers care, knowledge, and confidence to accompany families through all stages of the birth of a new being.

To strengthen its digital presence and align its identity with a peaceful and stimulating experience, this collaboration with Bsolus focused on redesigning its website and implementing a complete e-commerce platform.

🍼 Birth list: Given the special importance of welcoming a new baby, we developed an intuitive and practical birth list feature. Parents can create gift lists, add a welcome message, choose delivery details, organize products by priority, and share the list with friends and family. They can also keep it private, download it as a PDF, and see which items have already been purchased in real time.

🎁 Gift card: This feature allows users to choose a predefined amount or customize the gift value to their preference. An automatic email system sends the PIN after purchase, enabling full or partial use of the balance for future orders. The gift card can also be combined with other payment methods available in the store.

Founded over a century ago, Herdmar is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of table cutlery, transmitting to the market a distinct philosophy of democratic design that aims to present cutlery as a fashionable complement to the table.

With a presence in more than 80 countries, Herdmar wanted to modernize its digital presence and offer a more inpiring, flexible shopping experience. So, together with Bsolus, the brand invested in the redesign of their store, focused on international expansion and an improved shopping experience.

In this project, one innovative feature stands out:

🥄 In order to offer greater flexibility, we implemented the option to buy individual pieces of cutlery. This feature allows customers to create their own personalized combinations according to their personal preferences or specific needs.

📚 We’ve created a page dedicated to catalogs where users can consult detailed technical sheets and get inspiration through high-quality lifestyle photographs that reflect the brand's aesthetic and functional universe.

📦 We’ve integrated PHC into our system, enabling automatic real-time synchronization of products, stock levels, orders, and invoicing between our management platform and online store. This ensures a more efficient, accurate, and up-to-date operation.

Last Saturday we celebrated a very special milestone: the 18th anniversary of Bsolus! 🥂

The day started cold by the sea, but quickly warmed up with the warmth of our team at a lunch by the sea.

In a cozy space overlooking the sea, we gathered to celebrate the way we like best: with good energy, food and great conversations.

The afternoon brought sunshine, laughter multiplied and there was even room for paddle challenges on the beach 🏓 as we toasted our company's journey.

After 18 years of innovation, growth and collaboration, there was no better way to celebrate than in an atmosphere that reflects who we are: relaxed, united and full of energy.
