Informamos que a localização do corte no cabo de fibra ótica na zona de Moncarapacho foi identif**ada. Foram encontrados 10 postes cortados, num ato de vandalismo com intenção de roubo de cobre.

As nossas equipas encontram-se atualmente no local a realizar os trabalhos de reparação para restabelecer o serviço o mais rapidamente possível.

A reparação efetuada será temporária, uma vez que os postes pertencem a outro operador, responsável pela sua substituição definitiva.

We would like to inform you that the location of the fiber optic cable cut in Moncarapacho área has been identified. A total of 10 poles were found cut in an apparent act of vandalism intended for copper theft.

Our teams are currently on site carrying out repair works in order to restore service as quickly as possible.

Please note that this repair will be temporary, as the poles belong to another service provider who will be responsible for their replacement.
