A day in the life of Lazer CEO 🚴‍♂️☀️

It starts at 6:30 a.m. with coffee, a bike ride and the sunrise. Then it’s time to listen to our customers, work through challenges with the team and explore where we can bring fibre internet next.

Every day is different, but the goal stays the same: keep improving the service we provide and stay close to the people who make it happen.

A day at work with Fred & Murilo

After all the planning and network preparation, it’s time to bring fibre directly to the customer’s home. 🏠⚡

From running the fibre to installing and configuring the ONT, Fred makes sure everything is set up, tested and ready to go.

This is where all the work behind the scenes comes together: the customer is finally connected to Lazer. ❤️

When a customer calls a fibre technician… but expects a magician, electrician, fortune teller, and superhero all in one visit. 😂
