Technical Support Officers

We are looking for technically skilled candidates with excellent interpersonal skills for the Technical Support position. Technical Support Officers troubleshoot technical issues, and provide timely customer feedback. Moreover, Technical Support Officers need to talk to customers directly and make visits to their offices when necessary.

Responsibilities:

Installation & configuration of a client’s computer hardware, operating systems and applications.

-Maintenance and monitoring of computer networks and systems.
-Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
-Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem.
-Talking customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem.
-Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved.

Requirements:

-Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields.
-Prior experience in technical support, desktop support, or a similar role (min 1 year is
preferred).
-Proficiency in Windows mainly installation and settings configuration, Mac OS (is
preferred).
-Excellent database knowledge including databases installation and configuration.
-Good knowledge in antivirus software’s and firewall trouble issues such as ports
blocking.
-Experience with remote desktop applications.
-Experience with printers, how to connect them to PC and how to fix their trouble
issues.
-Experience with configuring local networks and local sharing.
-Excellent interpersonal skills.
-Good written and verbal communication.

Sales Development Senior
We are hiring another Sales Development Senior to establish new accounts and new sales territories. To excel in this role, you should have a killing sales personality, very good at negotiations, strategic planning and a hunger to chase and close new deals, develop new sales channels at international level.

Responsibilities:
• Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
• Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
• Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
• Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
• Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring
they are met.
• Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
• Managing sales teams and operation.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
• Experience in sales minimum 4 years.
• Very good language skills in (Arabic and English) third Language is plus.
• Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable using a computer for various tasks

Job Description:
As senior front-end developer, you are responsible for implementing visual elements that our own users see and interact within a web application. leverage your expertise in HTML5, CSS and Java Script to develop effective user interfaces that translate mock-ups into seamless a single-page application with perfect visual and functional elements using JavaScript, React.Js and integrate UI to REST endpoint. You provide architecture guidelines, select tools, and set internal standards for creating web apps. You will take the lead in solving challenging user experience problems and have an important voice in the product & software design process.

Qualifications and skills
• BA in computer science or relevant course.
• Very good knowledge in web development tools and programming languages.
• 3+ years of experience in front-end web development.
• 1+ years of experience with React in building single-page applications.
• Experience in web designing and integrating application programming interfaces (e.g., REST).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with mobile/responsive design implementation.

Senior UI/UX Designer
Requirement for this Vacancy:

• High ability to work remotely, Collaborate with product managers and engineers.
• Excellent communication skills and great attention to details.
• Requirements & Idea -> Sketches -> Design -> Prototype -> Test - > Iterate - >Build and launch.
• create documentation, provide guidance to engineers to implement your solutions. This includes design annotations, document flows and overall specifications.
• At least 6 years of experience creating UX/UI for the Web, Mobile and Desktop apps.
• Experience with data visualization, charting and designing intuitive dashboards.
• The ability to take complex issues and distilled them into simple and intuitive interfaces.
• The ability to create prototypes, we love Adobe XD and Sketch.
• Desired but not required: Having launched and worked on projects post-launch. Observing users, assessing what worked and what didn’t and having iterated over-time.
• The ideal candidate should demonstrate a refined eye for UI design and strong sense of visual design principles.

Important: we are looking for someone who’s really passionate about UI/UX to leave his/her mark on this project, our desktop software is done and has passed the testing stage successfully but we still not satisfied with the design.
