Software Project Manager

We're seeking an experienced Software Project Manager to lead our development projects using Scrum and Agile methodologies. You'll oversee project planning, ex*****on, and delivery, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion within scope and budget.
Software Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage software projects from initiation to completion
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Ensure adherence to Agile principles and Scrum practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliverables
- Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Foster continuous improvement within the team
Software Project Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field
- Proven experience in software project management
- Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of project estimation techniques
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, ClickUp, MS Project)
- Strong bilingual skills (Spanish/English), both written and oral
- Located in Puerto Rico preferred; must be able to work in the USA (no sponsorship available)
