📍 Manatí, Puerto Rico

We are seeking an experienced Senior Program / Project Manager to lead strategic capital initiatives within a pharmaceutical/cGMP manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead complex Capital Projects from planning and design through construction, commissioning, startup, and closeout.
Manage Site Master Planning and CHP/Cogeneration initiatives.
Oversee project schedules, budgets, risks, contractors, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams.
Coordinate Facilities & Utilities, engineering, construction, permitting, and commissioning activities.
Ensure compliance with cGMP and operational requirements.

We’re looking for: ✅ Strong Project/Program Management experience in Pharma/Biotech
✅ Experience with large Capital Projects and Site Master Planning
✅ Knowledge of CHP/Cogeneration, energy infrastructure, or utility projects
✅ Strong Facilities & Utilities and construction/commissioning background
✅ Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
✅ Ability to work on-site in Manatí, PR
✅ Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
✅ PMP, CCM, or similar certification preferred
