Last week was Mental Health Awareness Week, and our UK team marked the occasion with a few small moments focused on wellbeing and taking a pause during the workday. 💚

Everyone received a small wellbeing package, and we also came together for a chair yoga session – both online on Teams and in the Bournemouth office. 🧘‍♀️

It was a gentle and accessible session, but also a good reminder that even short breaks can make a real difference to how we feel throughout the day.

Sometimes, the simplest things help us slow down, reconnect, and take better care of ourselves and each other. 🙌

We are starting our 10th birthday celebrations, and the Croatian site was the first to mark the occasion! 🙌

This year is special for us as we also celebrate seven years of Spyrosoft Solutions in Croatia. 👏

So how did we do it? We kicked things off with paintball matches at Croatia's largest paintball venue, then slowed things down with dinner and good conversations. Well played!

It was a great chance to catch up, strengthen team connections, and enjoy spending time together away from daily projects and meetings. We celebrated ourselves as a close-knit team! 🤝

AI in the hands of testers – practical, not theoretical. 🦾

That’s what brought together around 80 testing professionals for a test:fest meetup hosted in our Wroclaw office. It was an evening of sharing experiences, ideas, and practical approaches to AI in QA. 🙌

Jacek Wroblewski, our Senior QA Automation Software Engineer working on the AllPro project, presented practical uses of AI in software testing. 🌐 Using Copilot and a real internal project as examples, he showed how AI supports analysing code changes, creating test cases, updating automated tests, and preparing test data.

💡 The presentation highlighted one key point: AI helps testers save time and improve quality, but critical thinking, analysis, and system knowledge still make the difference.

After the presentation, attendees joined smaller discussion groups to answer one key question: “How do you use AI?” The conversations brought together different perspectives, practical examples, and honest experiences from projects across the industry.
