What do you get when you combine a yellow school bus, a river, good company, sunny weather, and Spyrosoft’s 10th anniversary?

A memorable Bialystok teambuilding. 🙌

After leaving the office in style aboard our yellow school bus, we headed for the main attraction: a kayaking trip. Some quickly turned it into an unofficial race, while others took a more relaxed approach and enjoyed the scenery. 🛶

Back on dry land, we slowed down over good food, conversation, and time together away from our daily routines. Drinks, snacks, and an evening by the bonfire kept the atmosphere going long after we put the paddles away.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and made our 10th anniversary celebration in Bialystok one to remember. 👏 Here’s to the experiences, people, and teams that have shaped Spyrosoft over the past decade.

Poland Business Run is about more than a sporting challenge. It is a chance to be active, share good energy, and support people who need specialist care. 🏃

📌 This year, 20 Spyrosoft employees from Cracow took part in the run, helping raise funds for people who have undergone amputations, people with physical disabilities, and women who have had mastectomies. The funds raised through the event help cover prosthetics, rehabilitation, orthopaedic equipment, psychological support, and other forms of assistance.

We are glad to once again be part of an initiative that shows how collective effort can make a real difference. 🤝 Thank you to everyone who ran, got involved, and represented Spyrosoft.

➡️ We explored that question with 55 students and early-career professionals at our recent Codibly - Create Impact Innovate community summer event in Cracow.

Across six talks and a panel discussion, our experts shared practical insights into internships, first jobs in tech, and real-world projects shaping the future of green energy and electromobility. Each session sparked questions and discussions with the audience. 🙌

The conversations didn't stop there. Many attendees visited our internship stand to learn more about career opportunities, and many stayed until the end to network with our team in a relaxed atmosphere. 🤝
